Maybe lower the speed of the cyclists a bit, in D1 of Belgium the winner of todays race drove an average of 62 km/h which suggests doping... A bit more realistic could be nice just noticed that.

A bit more realistic could be nice just noticed that. and he did that without any extra effort (on 70%) remarkable. So there are faster times out there without a doubt.

Same time here, also on 70% effort. I don't think there is a faster time (at this effort anyway)

Hello
i dont now if anyone already made this suggestion, but i didnt check all the pages...
I think there is important to see the date that the scout starts on a team and is mood, because i´ve seen some players that ther scout bring a rider with 18 years, and they change after the mood of the trainer our buy a new one only for trying to sell it high.

Another very useful thing could be the add of secondary skills ( like leadership ) in the field of the trasfermarket for search ciclysts. Now I'm looking for a leader and I don't know how to search him.. What do you think?

What do you think? has been asked before, and IP didn't thought of it as a priority in the meantime I got a 19 year old with 5 leadership interested ? (BTW : there is a bloke with 12 leadership on the market now, only thing is he is already 36 years old).

Ok, but now leadership is going to be more important in the game, so ciclysts with leadership are more searched.. 36 yo? mmm I don't like old ciclysts, but I suppose you have searched a lot for find him.. It's funny that even in italy, when I suggested this feature, the first answer was " I've got a ciclyst on the market with leadership.. Could it interest you?"

I didn't have to search him, he just passed by "by accident" just after I read your post. (I always limit my search to cyclists with a value of over 555555 and he was one of the newcomers).

Why dont he put days on the age of the riders?
The season have 104 our 105 days, and when the rider is scouted he starts with the age that is design and with day 1.
Example : my scout gives me next sunday a rider with 19 years old, so he will appear with 19 years and 1 day, and he will have 20 years old when he reach the 105 days, and that will be on the end of the next season.
Because if he scout riders at this time its to close to the end of season and he will make age and be older with a little time on the game.

But if will be like you want it will be hattrick not peloton and too much math.

Contracts:
At the moment quite a few cyclists have contracts with an amount of prommissed races. Now I'm not sure my cyclists have completed these races and the result could be that I will loose 1 or 2.
suggestion: plz make it vissible somewhere the amount of races a cyclist has raced SINCE the last contract-renewal.

Or even better: the amount of races yet to participate in to meet the amount of races in the contract. This could be inserted in the contract details page of each cyclist.
