I allready have more points now then last season, what I also see on my finances. I'm in the plus this season. I think I will relegate, don't think I can close a 200 point gap on the last 3 weeks...

i will miss heppie stats i will try to comeback in div 1.1 if other teams dont want to promote. Is more fun here (and more money) then in div 2 or 3 even people dont speak too much. You really need to fight for every points I m disapointed after Spain and all other 2 big tours. I expected better results from my stars. I expect some stages with big differences between attackers and main peloton. At the end my low mood dont let me to make good results. I know Renquin is young and normal (pleased) mood but probably have huge mountain or much better sprint, tt or hill. For me , in my opinion, it was a season without mountain, i dont see any mountains in big tours. Races with 25 km of mountains in Spain are not mountain races. ( i dont speak about Tour of Pologne where only huge mountain stars have chances) I hope till end to win a race but what race ?

Rarau, my opinion. I think your 'stars' are simply not good enough. They are decent but not stars. Good enough in 2nd and 3th div, but not in 1.1 where you compete against the best of the best. In lower divisions you get away with a high mountain skill and no sprint, in 1.1 you dont. And thats your problem. You are better with a 12mnt and 10sp then a 16mnt with a 5sp Also, you know in advance how the calander looks like. Its your job to adapt to that. So i am a bit surprised why you select your mountain guys to compete? From your 60 cyclists, i am sure you can give some talents the chance to earn experience. Certainly when it is clear that you will relegate. Plus, the new youth ranking makes it even more interesting. Also, from all your cyclists, did you figure out their FA yet?
Forgive me, but i have the feeling that you dont know 100% what you are doing. Again, just my opinion, no hard feelings.

I think your 'stars' are simply not good enoughyou are right, my stars dont have too much sprint. last season when it was more mountain i have good results Italy 1. Bergene 34 0 2.02:20:46 [Time jersey] WC Bloedzak 2. Lemius 19 2 +20:59 Luptatorii din Rarau 3. Sironi 49 17 +21:36 Tossboom 4. Guth 35 36 +24:57 [Mountain jersey] De Droeftoeters 5. Zeffiretti 19 0 +24:58 Luptatorii din Rarau 6. Malton 37 31 +25:15 De Droeftoeters France 1. Coquet 35 0 1.19:31:39 [Time jersey] WC Bloedzak 2. Imperial 38 8 +26:35 De Droeftoeters 3. Portugal 16 0 +30:05 Luptatorii din Rarau 4. Raps 19 0 +30:39 Luptatorii din Rarau so calendar counts too. Is impossible to have cyclists to beat Malton. i have 3 mountain stars and 1-2 flat stars Why i compete with my 2 mountain stars? On 1 day races are not good enough. Also i dont have any cyclists to put on big tours. When i put my sprinters they dont have wonderfull results. Also for playing at races you need a decent captain. I have only 14 LS Last season i have 19 LS and i have better results ( in the past i have probably 25 LS) My youngsters are: -future stars, with only 1 skill, without hill, sprint and low tt -cyclists for U21 / U25 but without hill and sprint But i m happy with my youngsters My main problem is that i have a low coach, only 15 also i lost , when my stars was children, some important trainings example Zeffiretti Height: 2m05 Weight: 97kg i train all skills without mountain when it was children, who to know he will be a mountain star with this height, weight? Also i train him too much on flat and hill. Sorry but i can compete with a flat 12 or mountain 12 young with no skills in big tours. His mood will be very fast unhappy. Even you cant believe i have a very young team, i train only 3 with +28 years. Of course i know the FA of all of my cyclists but i train medium FA too, not only awesome FA Eugeniu Petrescu 22y good results U25 not very happy from 9 races Christ Verhulpen (133741) 24y not very happy from 6 races, probably the only one i dont know his FA, is 5 or 6 in all skills , i bought him recently I agree with mostly your message I have good results on U21/U25 This 2 seasons was for learning, i dont want to promote but no one want to promote. I know i dont have a good team 1. joachim 3424 2. Luptatorii din Rarau 3264 3. Evcont 3197 4. Naspa Achne 3172 5. The Mothers of Invention 3137 6. ASA FUN 3041 For having good results cyclists need to have mood too. My cyclists dont have mood I cant compete in 1 day race with Malton delighted with 1-2 skills better then me on mountain. Sorry if my message is a mess but i write him in 2 hours ... ( i m at work)

Great week, financially speaking: more than 900k from races and bonus. Despite bad results I have a quite good season balance.

well it looks like the dices are rolled. Only for place 6-8 there can be some small changes. But that doesnt matter much anymore, only financially. Once again, eboese takes it with a big gap. Bam and Heppie on the podium. Curious to see what happens during off season, who retires and how strong eboese will remain. Maybe one more season? BTW, joachim, Bergtoppen and Rarau relegate.
Good luck in the final week.

Possibly, if the retirement round treats me well Most oldies are dropping skills quite fast, it will be interesting to see when the next phase of riders fully takes over. We can already see some of the 'younger' 33/34 years old moving up the ranks up now. And Heppie actually had a 29 year old in 3rd place last week, not bad.

Seems Wyffels and Coman had a nice day out together , I enjoyed their battles this season. I don't really have a similar rider lined up for next season unfortunately. possibly Cleene can get some decent results if there's any mountain stages, but his secondaries are somewhat weak. Keen to see which youth star you will bring along again next season, Bam. And how's Ruth developing? He was also amazing last season.

Good duo guys, again 3rd with coquelet, but the gap gets bigger and bigger every race. Something to rethink. Lets hope they have an awesome FA

Yes, congratz eboese , the last 2 battles were yours. But it were indeed very nice battles this season. You have already met my bet for next year, Gillett. Won a race and all jerseys in the youngster tour. But he's some sort of a climber, so he won't win the flat races for me unfortunately. And I don't know just yet if he deserves the name 'youth star' Actually, even Wyffels is less 'youth star' than Ruth. At this point in the season, Ruth had 2 visible skill points more than Wyffels has now...
