About time everyone knows you should not wait so long to set up tactics. Said that a few times lately.

Sorry Mike, but that is a load of crap. I have a busy job. Tried to logg in at 5 pm yesterday. Even at 11 am this morning I couldn't log in. My tactics in a tour are dependable of the result of the first race. After 11 am this morning I was again stuck in a meeting.
So complete nonsens what you have just said.

That's about the same answer I got from you last time.. I set tactics last Saturday. Because I know peloton is not a stable game.
I told you that last time also
So complete nonsense what you have just said.

It would not make sense in a game that works well, unfortunately not the case of Peloton, "take it or leave it" so says an Italian proverb I'm thinking there and in the coming weeks I will decide what to do ;-)

Now probably Venasco wins the GC. And you have your preference to other managers and I am at the bottom of your list. It is quit normal to adjust your tactics to the result of the last race of the same tour. Now Mike and you are probably going to say that you should also calculate these kind of things when you put riders up for sale. Everyone knows that the biddings will place a few minutes before deadline. How to deal with that then?

Honestly if Venasco winning mini unfortunately I care little, as said in the coming weeks will decide what to do and my desire to continue is definitely in decline. To your question I always answer the same way, "If you decide to keep playing you have to know what are the limits of Peloton,if you do not accept it, you remain disappointed" I apologize for the English, but I hope I explained myself ;-)

Yes, thet is the best thing to do. I understand the way you play the game, and I respect the way you and others play the game. Somehow it seems hard for you to imagine that people can play the game in another way than you do. Your way is the only possible way in your opinion and malfunction of the game should be accepted.
Perhaps that is a difference in our character. The Olympic thougt that participating is more important than winning, is not in my verb. And I am not saying that my character is better, on the contrary, probably yours is better than mine, but the only way for me to play a game is to do everything possible to win. I always want to win. And therefore I need the last result to adjust my tactics. I just hope that you can imagine that there are people who play the game in another way than you do.

I can understand that it's frustating Ab, but restarting the race would be frustating for a lot of people too. So I don't think that there is a solution that pleases everyone.

I know, you are absolutely right, but what I don't understand, is that if the site has been down for 18 hours, why don't you postpone it then until 8 this evening, if it comes back online 1 hour before the race. That isn't too hard, is it?

Playing to win is right, but in recent times Peloton unfortunately is not the right place for this So the solutions are not many, or continue accepting the situation, or you will be disappointed Accept this as a suggestion

You are right! I am maybe naïve and hoped I could play to win, but it simply can't, that proved this again. I simply can't play it any other way. Going to find myself another game I guess.
