Each week I usually have a bunch of training pops reported, but for the past three weeks I've received nothing. Are my cyclists still being trained?
I have 27 cyclists. One is injured and another being rested, so the training effectiveness is 100% for the other 25. My trainer is on level 15 in three skills (TT, Hill, Sprint).
Is it just a coincidence that no training pops have come through in the past 3 weeks, or is there a problem? Maybe with something I have done or a bug? I'm interested in your ideas, as it feels like I am investing money in the trainer for no benefit at the moment.
My team is TOKMOK RACERS (8334) in DIVISION 4:8

Without seeing your cyclists or their history:
1. It is possible a few riders can get in sync and all pop together after a few weeks of no pops.
2. If some riders are being trained on skills where their score >= 7 then their future ability (FA) in that skill might be low, meaning they will take many more weeks to pop from 7 -> 8 than they did 6 -> 7.
One way to make sure your riders are being trained is to keep track of their transfervalue using a spreadsheet each week. Very roughly, a rider whose trained skill >= 7 should go up in TV by >= 5,000 each week or his FA on that skill might be low enough to suggest switching him to training on another skill.

I saw that you don't have a premium account. You don't get messages from your pops then, but they do train. I always save the stats of my cyclists so I can check it myself.

Many thanks, that will be it! My premium ran out while I was on holiday and I forgot about that after I got back. Solved.
