We know that an unspecified number of cyclists by noteam or without user each week are entered into the market. But sometimes it happens that, real top player, remain in the ether to die!!! Example: BONAVENTURA SIGNOROTTO (5974) team: Pavè4life (team without user)This is a top player (at least until last year) www.peloton-game.net/tourresults.aspx?id=4&division_id=210&season=6but now is destined to die in spite of the age and skill!!! and like him, there are plenty of them! My Proposal: When a team became "This team has no manager!", but the team name is not deleted (and for this reason the riders don't go in the market as the team Pavè4life!!!), it's possible at least all riders with TV + 500.000 put in the market, before they become useless???those who live thank the market will disagree, but Signorotto is a real shame to see it disappear from the game!

I do disagree. Not because I live on the market, I Don't. But because then there will be an overkill of good riders. In my opinion, if a team has no manager, all riders should be removed from the game immediately.

In my opinion, if a team has no manager, all riders should be removed from the game immediately. i think that the solution are two: 1-all riders from no team o team without user, removed immediately (doing so does not disperse the money because the only cyclists on the market will be put on the market for active users!) 2-all riders, over a value, immediately in the market and the other cancel by data base. In fact, the solutions should be extreme!!! With the first solution we will have more money beetween the teams and the self training will be more important than now (for some kind of riders). (imho) the same generational change would acquire value, because you not more would have already formed cyclists on the market "magically". in this solution will be important to train 21/22/23 years old riders too

Not a fan of this idea.
I'm fine with not having guys hit the market if the team goes under. I'm not in favor of having top riders hit the market without any delay of training.
Seems like that would create a "rich getting richer" type scenario. With the way it is now, many of those riders have no value for the top teams, but still do for the lower teams. This solution seems to increase discrepancy between the older and newer teams and I don't think that's good.
