My rider Crispeels won the time jersey, points jersey and mountain jersey in the Tour de Pologne, but in the diviion overall standings my team still has 0 time jerseys and 0 mountain jerseys. Only his points jersey was counted in.

My financial report of this week explains something: I received prize money for the 2nd place in the time jersey and the 2nd place in the mountain jersey. But this is not correct: the 2 nd place in these competitions were for a rider of another team. But I didn't get money for the first place in these jerseys!
So I also missed a little money because of this bug.

perhaps this is because there was a rider in your division who got injured during the stage on monday. If there was a rider injured i think he has won the jerseys.

ok, now i'm too honest :-)
In my case i have won the yellow jersey and the mountain jersey with Hartmann, but he got injured this monday, so this is quite impossible
It will all be due to the database error, but it's also possible that that's why you don't have a victory in the division standings

But in my cae it's ridiculous: my rider won all 3 stages, so it's quite normal he should get the time jersey
