Leadership as transfer filter

Hi ! I don't know if this has already been discussed, but why can't we set a minimal leadership level when we are looking for riders to buy ?

With the new race engine, people need good leaders, and for example I'm looking for riders with a high leadership skill no matter what their other skills are... So I don't set any filters and havea list of 250 riders I have to check which takes quite a long time...

What do you think about it ?
