Contract Negotiations for Next Season

Hmpf! Conceptual bug? Or maybe my own mistake?

I've read this:
The season update has been completed successfully.
I was thinking this means: Season 3 has started.

I've read this:
Die Verträge der folgenden Fahrer werden bald auslaufen:
In 5 Wochen oder weniger:
English: The following contracts will end in 5 or less weeks ...

So I immediately started negotiations with one of my cyclists (Gildo Veglia). When it came to the point where I could offer him a minimum number of race participations I had the choice between none and zero

Very bad! I would have offered him 12 ... and I don't know how much cheaper his salary would have become with 12.

Maybe the non-existing race calendar is the cause? Or hasn't season 3 started actually? If I had known this I surely would have waited until the season really would have been started.

Edit: This statistic under My team strengthens my idea that season 3 already has started:
Raceswon (current season): 0 (because I actually won 5 races in season 2)

Me, too. I guess I can always re-re-negotiate at the start of Season 4.

It's related to the calendar, which hasn't been generated yet. Normally this is part of the update, so you shouldn't have this situation.

Sorry about this, maybe you can still renegotiate when the calendar is ready.
