About the individual cycling points: do I understand correctly that a cyclist that earned a lot of points for your team will demand higher contract details than a less performing cyclist? Is that something new or did I miss something here? No, the cycling points matter for the extra bonuses you can give to your cyclists. The more points, the more options. Naturally, the amount of points needed will be made a bit higher than how it is currently. Correct! Correct again!

So good cyclist who bright you a lot of points will have a big salary at some time but if he will be transfer he may have a very low salary?
Is that possibility?

No, the bonuses only make it possible to give him a lower base salary, so you can afford the cyclist more easily. For example, you could pay a cyclist a wage of 5.000 or you could pay him 4.000 + a bonus of 2.000 when he wins a race.

i don't like the trainer skill drop,a loss of one point every season would have been much better i mean now a multiskill trainer isn't all that good and the range of raining options decreases a lot...i wanted to train flat and mountain 5weeks each for have complete raiders for every race now i had to train mountai for two seasons and then flat for two season exactly like every other(except for also fitness trainers)...

true but i see this like a "everybody should do the same thing" i mean in this way everybody will train one skill for two years and than change skill or contiune with the same... i wanted to do a 4weeks x,4weeks y training now doing that would be silly.... the tactical options of the training are screwed

If I don't change my trainer, his first drop will be : - in 15*2 + 2 weeks (at the inter-season update of season 5)? If I hire a new trainer today, his first drop will be : - in 15*2 + 2 weeks (at the inter-season update in 2 seasons)? If I hire a new trainer after the inter-season (2 weeks after the beginning of the season 3 for example), his first drop will be : - 2 weeks after the beginnig of season 5? - the 1rst day of season 5? - the 1rst day of season 6? I think that to precise these points will help people that are not very good in english to correctly understand it... Thans by advance!

"Note: In order not to jeopardize any long term plannings, the next 2 seasons there will be no trainer/scout skill drops. (i.e. it will look as if the trainer/scout has joined the club from next sesaon onwards)." this is the answer

The 2 seasons are absolute, so when you hire a new coach on 05/09/07 he will drop for the first time 2 seasons after that, so opn 16/04/08 (if seasons are 16 weeks). The inter-season has nothing to do with it, except for the fact that all previous hired trainers will act as if only hired from that point on. So to answer one of your questions (I'm not sure I understand the others ): If I hire a new trainer after the inter-season (2 weeks after the beginning of the season 3 for example), his first drop will be 2 weeks after the beginnig of season 5.

Maybe it would be better if you wouldn't think in 'seasons' but in 'weeks' instead.

The first post speaks about seasons, that's the reason of my question...

Yes, ok, ok ;D
Replace 'season' then with '16 weeks'. Otherwise it might be confusing and you could think that when you hire a trainer in the last week of the season, he will lose skills 15 weeks earlier than normal.

will the scouting dep be affected by this "skill decrease"?
I'm saving cash to hire a 20-20-20 scout.. but now I'm not really sure about this..

Yes, also on a scout the highest skill will be halved after 2 seasons.
