I try to report my little problem also here becouse i have a dubt.
I buy a trainer 20 in Flat, Mountain and Fitness and his wage is 16.000 without any increase for a better mood. There is a problem or not? I see other teams with some trainer and wage at 12.000.

Have you tried yourself to give a slightly lower wage than what the trainer asked?

Yes, that's why I asked. You can offer slightly less than what he requests and he will still accept. The lowest wage that he will accept is probably 12k.

You are absolutely right.
If I want to hire a new trainer, it shows:
Name: Orhan Vlaenderen Age: 39 Country: Belgium Flat: 20 Downhill: 0 Hill: 20 Sprint: 0 Mountain: 20 Fitness: 0 Time trial: 0 Signing fee: 1200000 Wage: 16000
... which is not what it was when I hired my last (3rd) trainer some time ago.
However, before, and I'm sure of that, the wage per skill for new trainers was surely 5.333 € per week, so 16k for a triple trainer was the normal price when I bought my 1st and 2nd trainer. Why my last trainer only wanted 16k for four skills, I don't know ...
At least: 16k for the triple trainer is now the normal price, so the complaints should not go to that amount, because it seems fair. If a complaint is raised, it should be about the ones having less wage for whatever reason.

I want to buy a new trainer but the wage isn't correct.
I have a 4X20 trainer: his wage is 16 000 pw I search for a new 4X20 trainer and he asks a wage of 21 333 pw Can you offer him (after signing) a wage of 16 000 and will he accept?
I don't want a 4X20trainer again, I want a mono skill. There again is a difference: I have seen 20 mono skill trainers with a wage of 4000 pw, and when I sign a new one I have to pay 5333 pw.

Yes, those are still the old wages. These will disappear automatically in time.

Aren't the wages now as they were in the old days. And were the lower wages introduced a few weeks ago, to be immediately changed back to the way they were? Why? Or am I wrong?

The thing that was changed was how much the requested wages are of trainer and scout. It depends now very much on the current mood. So as the mood rises, the requested wages will become a lot more. Same in reverse: as the mood lowers, the wages will rise too. The middle point (with the lowest requested wages) is at 'content' mood.
Before, the current mood had no influence and only the current wage was of importance.

few weeks back, when all moods were reset to content, also the wage at content was altered, being 4000 per skill(20) for a trainer, and 6000 per skill(20) for a scout. So not only the requested wage with mood increase was changed, also the starting wage. Seems that prices have gone back to the way they were before the changes, 5333 per trainer skill, and 8000 per scout skill. Which price is the bug? or if there is no bug, what's the ratio behind changing them each few weeks without giving a notice? What's happened with the asking wage of new scouts/trainers with mood increase? can we expect them to be the same as our current ones? will they be way higher, wich was actually the reason why the changes were made, an (unannounced, as now)imbalance between teams with regard to their (delighted)staff wages. to sum up, the prices of content and delighted 20-20-20 scouts over the past weeks: 24000 at content -> 60.000 at delighted (the way it was since the beginning) 24000 at content -> 130.000 (not entirely sure, but it was a lot) at delighted (changes were not announced, after complaints, a change was announced to make everything fair and equal again) So it became: 18000 at content -> 130.000 at delighted and now 24000 at content -> at delighted

I have a 4*20 coach: his wage 16 000/w I want to buy a mono skill 20 coach: 5333/w and make him delighted. How much will that be /w?
To make a mono skill 20 coach with a wage of 4000/w delighted you have to pay him 28700/w.
But how does this work with the 'new' 5333/w coaches. Maybe it's better to make my 4*20 coach delighted? I want the cheapest solution.
(and I don't understand why the wage for a coach changed: 5333/skill-->4000/skill-->back to 5333/skill??? And that because of a complaint that the-new-negotiate-wage-mood-thing wasn't fair for new players. I understand that reason, but why the basic wage had to be changed?)

IP? Can you please help me? Or someone else who recently bought a new trainer and increased his mood.
I fire my multiskill trainer (1 600 000) and buy a new one (400 000). I want to know if his wage will be 28 700 or a lot more?
