you have to count the differences in each stage between the cyclist in first position of the current standings, and not the sum of the differences with the first cyclist of every stage.

In the last stage for instance the yellow jersey is at 2:31 of the winner and Lechanteur finished at 19:55 so the difference is 17:24 ...
