How can you get a cyclist back to fitness?Do you just have to wait some time before they recover from a race or do you have to train it?

Each Sunday night, all cyclists get automatically 20% fitness back. If you train fitness as well, they get this 20% + the amount your trainer has in fitness. So you could recover up to 40% fitness, if your trainer has 20 fitness (and if you train fitness).
