I was checking salaries of trainers and there is one thing that I think isn't good for the game.
As we see the price we need to pay for trainer is rising and only advanced teams with results can support that. Newbie teams cannot afford a 20 skill trainer without going bank-rupt so the game already is unbalance because of the experience of managers, increasing the trainer, the gap will rise, and we will see many newbie managers dissapear and leave the game.
I think the formula for the salary of a trainer should be changed to give the possibility of Newbies have a trainer with skill 20.
The salary of the trainer only rising to a huge value if we trie to have a multi skill trainer.
For mono skill trainer a linear formula, when multi skill trainer an exponential formula.

I get his point. I once said too that the wages increase too much. Indeed, the game would be more realistic if the wages were to be modified. But I don't think that newbies should have the possibility to have a skill 20 trainer in the beginning. That's good the way it is now. And why only an exponential formula for multi-skill trainers?

I didn't said that newbies buy a trainer at 20. The actual buying system at skill 10 is good.
My point is that the 20 mono skill trainer shouldn'd have so higher salary, that way newbies could have one.
Advanced teams will come to a time that need to have a second skill at 20, and in that case yes the salary could rise exponentialy.

Newbies shouldn't get the possibility to have trainers with a 20-skill. If they aren't even able to see that the wage of their trainer is way to high, they will make other mistakes too. If they go bankrupt, next time they won't make the same mistake. And btw: If in one competition there are teams with a 20-trainer and other teams with a lower trainer, the gap won't grow that big I think. The wage for a 20-skill trainer is huge, the money they earn with results will go to their trainer for a big part. It's all about choices in this game. If someone wants a 20-skill trainer but no youthscout, it's his choice. If everybody would to the same and have the same trainer, it would be a boring game.

huh, newbies won't have cyclists that have many weeks of training either, so should we get rid of training altogether?
that's why you have divisions. As the seasons pass, the new players will start in div 5 while the veterans will fight in the first divisions... and that's just fine
