I don't really get it how you know this, this players are sorted by why GB and FS doesn't have 2.0, HD 2.2, II 2.4, KK 2.6 and JM 2.8 (what's the reason you are sure JM and KK have 2.8?) because there are only 5 possible decimals at the start and because the order of JM and KK does not change when resorted (descending vs ascending). ok now i get it, but what if there are for example 8 players with stat 2 on for example mountain.. Will this players be sorted from 2.0 to 2.8, there are only 5 possible decimals so this can't be true? Is is than 1 skill/8?

It's all explained in the first message in this thread. (Only I didn't know by then the decimals at start could only be even.)

In this week we could say that riders with 23Y our more don´t pop up in five weeks.
I don´t know if anyone had a rider with 21/22y poping up the second time this week.

my guess is that the training progress of a 18 year old with FA 20 on a skill that is exactly 0.0 is close to the following table : 0 +0,100 1 +0,105 2 +0,110 3 +0,115 4 +0,120 5 +0,125 6 +0,130 7 +0,135 8 +0,140 9 +0,145 10 +0,150 11 +0,155 12 +0,160 13 +0,165 14 +0,170 15 +0,175 16 +0,180 17 +0,185 18 +0,190 19 +0,195 20 +0,200 [/i][/quote] The values are higher because a rider with 18y already pop up 2 time.

That will be because of the difference in skill. A lower skill gets faster training (0.8<2.8)

In the last 7 weeks (on a 12-18 skill trainer) a 18-year old cyclist trained in total 0.10 more than a 23-year old cyclist (with a similar skill). The difference each week increases when the trainer's skill increases, so in one season on a 18 skilled trainer a 18 year old cyclist will train at least 0.2 more than a 23 year old cyclist (about 0.015 a week). Still remains that I overestimate those 18 year old ones

Everybody overestimates them :-) I don't even train at 100% training effectiveness and with a 17-skill trainer. There will be better cyclists then mine, but they will need it to pay the wage. I actually like the fact that it's no longer an option to just have a 20-skill trainer. All those choices to make, wonderfull!

Yeah, next wek I'll have a multiskilltrainer with flat 10 and mountain 10. I hope that I will be able to keep up with teams with monoskilltrainers, but I'll take the risk. In the future it might pay off and the wage is still quite low too.

I don't know why 18-year old cyclist are sold for ridiculously high prices. They don't train faster, they only can be used (and trained) longer. But that's only for like 3 season longer than a 21-year old, while I have the feeling that cyclists still pop quite the same untill their 29th or so?

Still remains that I overestimate those 18 year old ones very good then i don´t like the young cyclists in v1 and now too for me 18-19 year old cyclist are good only for sell ;D

Does this method still work (with x.0/2/4/6/8)? I tried to do the math yesterday for my cyclists, but it turned out wrong..
