No, sprints do not affect the fitness. Fitness is also deducted at the end of the race, so your cyclists will not get tired during the race. You can see whether a race is a time trial when viewing the race details. In the title next to the name of race, it can say (ITT) or (TTT). ITT = Individual Time Trial TTT = Team Time Trial If there is nothing next to the title, it's just a normal race

Another Q: Is it truly better to start with 5 cyclists (because one can work for another), or just cuz you got more chance one of them finishes high? I mean, except the teamleader, do the other cyclists in yr team benefit the result of others?
And one more Q: Is the result of yr cyclist completly based on mathematics? skills + material + hidden skills, depending on the race, or are there also things as 'luck' and 'form' ?

- No, the number of cyclists do not benefit the others, you just got more chance to finish high. Only in team time trials does the number of cyclists matter. This could perhaps be changed in the future, though.
- there is no random for the skills, everything is calculated. But there are many parameters; the primary skills, certain secondary skills that affect the primary, length, weight, mood, current ability, fitness, amount of effort, material and form (form = how well he performed in previous races).
The only aspects where luck (random) is used are the chances to have a flat tire or to fall. But these chances also depend on the skills 'steering' and 'bravery'.

That is a satisfying answer, thanks oh, i saw in 'participating teams' that VMaxim has 3 times the same team in the very first race And that you can only see participating teams in the first race of a 'tour', otherwise you get an error.
