Hi there,
On a stage what is the influence of other riders ( competitive riders) in our riders? Our they dont afect our perfomence?

There is no effect of other riders on yours and vice versa (yet).
Each race is divided in sections (is unvisible) and for each section there is a calculation of times. When the time differences are not too big, there is a group created. Faster cyclists will join a group ahead, the slower ones will get behind in the 'bus'.

I think the same too. But we find some stages that something its diferent. Check this: same stage, same day, same weather, same bike, same riders ( Cavaco and Moraes) And see the diference of time www.peloton-game.net/funraces_results.aspx?id=1465www.peloton-game.net/funraces_results.aspx?id=1287Moraes made the same time on the two stages, that is correct acording that other riders dont influence the performence, but Cavaco made a diferent time What is the explanation?

well the other riders don't have effect DIRECTLY on how fast your riders go, but different riders can group up in a different way during the same stage.
An extreme example:
Rider A: Time 1H Rider B: Time 1H 00' 02"
they will probably be in the same group, but if there is a Rider C with time 59'01.. Rider A will "gain" 1 minute while rider B not.
another example:
Rider A time x Rider B time +25" Rider C time +30" Rider D time +1'10" Rider E time +1'50" Rider F time +2'10"
So Rider ABC same time Rider DEF +1'10"
If we change the rider D with one 11" faster.. the ranking will be : Rider ABCD same time, Rider EF +1'50"
Since this happens many times during a race, it's not so difficult to have different time with different riders
