Hello,
I´m always learing with the game, but I´m a noob ;D
Today i was speaking to Joris_7 and he told me something that it seams strange to me, but its realistic, but there is something o dont understand.
A rider pop up faster on the young age and in the lower skills.
Q1: So if i have a rider with 31 years old pop up in 7/8 weeks its very good? ( montains from 11-12, 12-13)
For me I think a rider its on the top of form between 27 and 32 years old, but in the game i´ve already saw rider pop up in 5/6 weeks when they are between 20/23 years and taking 9/10 weeks after that.
Q2: A rider keep constant is pop up till witch age?
Q3: There is any delay of pop up skill after the skill 10? Our keep constant?

First of all pops are much more influenced by the skill-height then by age. But the really determining factor is the Future Ability. There is nothing like a standard number of weeks a cyclist takes to pop at a certain age, the F.A. decides the popspeed and age only causes a small decrease (under 35 !). Something in the order of 10% when the age-difference is 10 years.
A1 : 7-8 weeks for 11-12-13 is good , the best do it in 6-7 weeks now I suppose (no matter what age). I agree with you on the top of form, but to reach that level, he has to grow, and that goes faster when he is younger (and that is what the poppin' is about). Most realistic would be if the popping speed would slowly fade to zero between 27-32 and after that the cyclist would start to lose skill. Slowly at first so his still high skills and bigger experience skill would still win him races but the older the faster. A2 : like I expleineed above there is no such thing, only 35 is critical age because after that he will start to lose skill. A3 : there is no constant speed, a cyclist constantly loses popingspeed when his kills rise. At which rate is also determined by the F.A.

I have 2 riders, one with 30 years and other with 31 years and the decreased TV already, is not to earlier?

So i will keep my rider , i thing its a good rider and now for my capacity its my best rider. A2 Understud A3. So when he have a rider with a high skill its better to pop up another tehn keep that up.

Maybe you notice a difference because on 30/11/2008 IP made a adjustment to the training which slowed down everybody. When they have similar FA and you have only one spot left for the two of them maybe. But even then the one with the higher skills is probably the best cyclist so it would be wiser to train him until you hardly notice any progres anymore.
