Don't trust it, i think it was designed in the early days and not adjusted to the new program. Use Excell to follow up on youre cyclists.

make an excell sheet containing the most important data for your cyclist, insert a page where you put the cyclist name and his age. Put the TV just before training in one column, the TV just after training in another column calculate his progress this way :
(TV after - TV before)*(1+(age/1000))/10000
after some weeks you will start to see a pattern and can predict pops on your own (not 100% accurate, but much better then the training statistics estimate).
P.S. : don't calculate this for injured cyclist , TV decreases when injured but the progress is always zero.

Here you go : rapidshare.com/files/151785374/Map2.xls.htmlIll explain a little This is the first version I ever made to help you a little. You just have to fill in which cyclist popped when (in tab 3) and you will get a nice overview. In this file (tab 1) there are some blanks which you can fill up by copy and pasting the not blank ones into it if you know what I mean I just deleted the code in some since some of my cyclists arent in my team for long. This isnt the full version I use, its just an example to show you how you can follow your own cyclists on a simple and easy to use way. If you dont understand the file I suggest you go get a excell course or something.
