Sorry, but I have another question! Which percentage of fitness is recovered every day without training fitness??? Someone told me it's 10%....is it true??? Which is the percentage lost if they ride at 100% and which one if they ride at 70% I remeber 35% and 10% but I don't remember if I am on right...

The percentage fitness lost in a race is (effort - 65) % , so -5% for 70% effort, -35% for 100% effort.
Every sunday all your cyclists will gain 20% of fitness. If you train fitness, the level of fitness of your trainer will be added. So a 10-fitness trainer will result in a 20+10 = 30 % increase of everyones fitness.
