What skills should my cyclists have?
I realise I need to get into the top 20 in any race to actually get money and points!
Therefore what mix of skills should I look for when buying cyclists?
I am a new team so I have to be careful with money...I was looking for sub 10k cyclists with at least one skill at 3+, is this the right approach?
Also how should I decide which cyclists to sell/sack?
some have 0 on some skills, is this a particular problem?
I am training mountain (coach mountain=12) so should I pick young cyclists with high mountain skill?

Thats true..... 1. read the wiki to know more. 2. look from your team weakness. 3. if your team is only a few days old (1 to 10 day), DON"T BUY!!!!!! you have not look at your full team play. And save some money for others like races merchandise etc... 4. After seeing your full team for a few races, see the ones that are having very low points. like the ones that race for a few races and can't get even 1 point, thats the best time to sack/sell players. 5. having 0 on some skills is not a particular problem. 6. most important skills are fitness, flat, mountain, and downhill. and also follow through your weakness.
you can send a message to me if theres a problem. my team is Marker Dane Cycling Team.

Thanks!
I notice the first few races of the season are mainly on the flat...is it worth getting some 3 or 4 skilled cyclists in that area to get good points for the start of the season?
I also read on here that it is best to work up to 25 cyclists ASAP to maximize training?
I also realise that to have more cyclists is good because you can race them at 100% and you have spares for the next races...
