when is the best time to hire a trainer?How do i use a trainer?can one trainer train more than 1 cyclist?should i look for an allround trainer or specialist trainers?How much would they cost?

You should hire a trainer with 20 on one skill, if you have enough money you can train him on an other skill. The best is to hire your trainer as fast as possible because he will make your cyclists better. Next season a trainer will train the amount of cyclists you want. If you want to train them the maximum (as now) you only can train 25 cyclists, when you put more cyclists in the training pool the effectivity of training will be less. You fill in the numbers you want your trainer 'll have, then there is a possible trainer, but you still have to accept. At that moment you can see how much he costs and how many he will earn.
