Peloton is supposed to be a manager game. You manage a team of cyclists.
OK up 't ill now the only thing that is shown, discussed etc is racing, training and so on. I was wandering, since it is a manager game who else thinks that earning money and becoming a rich team is also important. To me a manager game is a game of economics and in this case with sports.
It's not enough to race in the highest possible division and finish as high as possible, it's also about keeping youre team financially healthy. Both go hand in hand together.
But there are only results for races in this game. I would also like to see how financially healthy the teams are. So I can compare to how I am doing.

Well, for me it is a little bit different. I think it is about sportive results and I enjoy it very much when a carefully and thouroughly trained cyclist starts to have success. Money is important, but for me more like an important condition to have some sportive success. But I guess it is different for all. Some are good financial managers and can buy success. Some are more like traders and will get more pleasure in doing good deals.

Don't get me wrong, I also enjoy what you just said. Otherwise I would not have a trainer with high levels. It's both of the elements together I'm interested in, both sport with all that comes with it and also finance.

That is indeed different for everyone. You have managers who pay the lowest wages and own the best riders. They have also become rich because of years of fiddling with wages. Also there is another item "luck" when you call something luck. I've never had a 37 or 38-year-old rider like that. But some are lucky that the riders never seem to retire. It's a thin balance in the management part of the game, keeping your finances under control is a challenge, but as long as you see challenge and your team gets better at it you should stick to your goal.

In the past I had around 25 million. Was going down for some seasons.
Last season was financially a good season, was also the plan, a kind of break in division 1, now I try to go for a break even season.

My strategy is: all your money are belong to us. But BAM is resisting and richer than my team
