Happy with my 2nd victory of the season. Experienced Stonier just beat Dell'Agnolo. Probably we'll see a different result by the end of the season. Stonier his best days are over...

Happy with a third place for Schweitzer and with a strong advantage over Doring or Eymael. I was not so confident about him there. It seems that each of my riders want to fit with Naspa's prediction (top 5 expected)
Schweitzer will probably soon become a big tour rider for the Devils because of its multiskilled ability !

Well, that was a very confusing race today. I have to analyse this one in the weekend. Every part and every change in terrain meant a different leader. At the end of the day, the winner was as expected because of the down hill skills. Congratz Joachim.
I did not expect Dell'Angelo to go all in, but the best mountain skills. And I have to admit, Schweitzer surprised me here. He did very well. I think he gained some weight to go faster downhill. Although it seems every gram has the same downforce and air resistence is basically all that matters.
Coming to that, I know, french food. Nouvelle cuisine is out. Bistro food is in. Dangerous. Specially combined with beer and wine. Will enjoy soon some on my holiday. This while having my last pressure cookers days on work and the release of a new weapon pack in my second favorite online game, will force me to tune down my previews. Will see what I can do.
But ofcourse I am nowhere without the state of the art GPU-quantum computers that in my MER at home that perform multivariate analysis on simulated races based on data of 17 season history collected in my multi-terra-data-lake. Can not be done on a single smartphone with only 4g dataconnection, I fear. Will try though.

Leaving all hyperbolic interference behind us.
What to expect of tomorrow? Le Samyn. A belgian road race in Henegouwen, last time won by the frenchy Senegal. But who cares, because of course we all remember the heroic win of Nikki Terpstra in 2018. And if not,for sure his win in 2016? I think we are in the flemish Ardennes now, the holy heart of cycling, but please correct me if I am wrong, Belgians in our division!
Who wants to take this race? Mothers: nah, not for me. Carapaz: Yeah, Wautier for top 3! Me win. Big time! Levi: Beuh, maybe next season. TGV: I am going to introduce you to Regueira. Only 29 but these kind of races is his glass of porto. The next thing. If only 22 year old riders could win something in this game :-( Dustin: I have to race again? Well, lets try Lancalete (30) (Maybe not. Luce, might be better and I never do what Naspa expects). PollyJ: I am fooling with you this week. But now Dereume could be for real. Top 5. Joachim: just overlook me. I am not here. Then Cardinal can sneak in to win. ToursCC: sorry, not going to happen. But try something. Gamblin? Bellen? Devils: Lebon! Well, he is the leader, and only 30 years old, but this kind of terrain and races suits him. Pant: if there were a YC to win, absolute favorite. Naspa: Ximenes did not win much but has chances in this race. VdGG: where are you? Hello?
Top 3: Ximenes(NAS), Wautier(CAR) and Luce/Lalancette (DUS) In which order? Too close to call.

I like the preview, but do it only when you want, no obligation
today, Luce and Lalancette have the same tactics the third one has less attacks

Yes Lebon will be the man today... He was never really tested before that but i suspect him to have a good potential despite of lacks in skills.

Boom. Ximenes (NAS) DID IT! It was not easy, while riding solo in group 1, he was suddenly dropped by his shadow. "Group's 1 pace is too fast for Ximenes, he gets behind"
Lebon (DEV) did do pretty well for someone whithout proper skills. Third place! :-) Cardinal (JOA) sneaked to silver.

Ximenes won easily. Congratulations. Nice too is lebon @ 30 years. I hoped for a little more with dereume but he was dreaming about vacation with 2 flats and a fall.
No real ambition left for this week. Ceci top10 tomorrow (or little higher if not many hillers participate) and a top 25 for U21race.
