First race, first victory!. I feared that Donleavy his flat skill was too low to win this one, but he surprised me. For the other cyclist it was just preparation for their targets next week. Naspa, nice previews! Congratulations

Why yes. I thought this was for an allrounder, but a climber won. Amazing work of Donleavy. Congratz, joachim1107 . Retort very good as well, pollyjean . And Lange performed better than I expected. The mountain part did not bother him too much. I was a bit off with my predictions. Let's see if we can improve this :-) Tomorrow we start our first small tour with a flat ITT (followed by an intermediate-flat stage, ending with a great battle in between te mountain goats on Sunday). Mothers: star of the team is Naudts. He can do very well in the ITT. Kohlhaase for the white jersey. Carapaz: It will be interesting as what her newly acquired TT rider Gheerart can do. Barrea most likely has plans for race2. Levi: Stracciati for race the ITT or rather race 2? Stas for YC? Dustin: Tag for the ITT . Cagan of course is a strong hill-rider. Maybe too low on flat for stage 2? Fraylich or Simon for GC? Pollyjean: strong team again. Two climbers Hoydonckx and Dereume. Mountain jersey and GC seems feasible. And two riders with more flat skills, Leers and Sgarzi. A man for every race. He will do well here. Joachim: Can Leao make this season start perfectly for Joachim? Favorite for the ITT. Rieg for race 2. Naselli for race 3. Bricco for GC. For now Joachim is the team to watch in our division! TourCC: Beachelm might have plans for stage 2. Amaro can try to end up on the podium of YC. Devils: Auge for GC! One of the favorites. The upcoming stars Lebon and Schweitzer are expected to show some attacking style riding as well. PanterasN: Batata for top 5 in the ITT. Ferreira for stage 3. That leaves stage 2 for Rio? VdGG: Cartois will compete for podium at the ITT. Paparelli and Schlosser will either have an eye on race 3 or a jersey. Naspa: DeVidts for white. Caso probably for GC. Franco will try for podium in race 2? Not sure yet. Might replace him.
TGV: line-up not yet known.
For tomorrow: Naudts and Leao will batlle for gold. Gheeraert, Tag, Batata and Cartois will complete the top 6. Differences wil be small. Hi Tomorrow i am relient that Batata will win, but the opponents are strong, anything can happen Good luck to everyone Best regards Tiagoiowa

Congratz to Tiago. Indeed, amazing, what a rider that Batata guy. Must have something like 17TT. Gheereart on over half a minute second. Not a bad result for the new CArapaz star, but best in the div 2:2 we now know. Melres was right - once again ;-)
Tomorrow a flat-hill ride. We will most likely see attacks of Barrea, Stracciati, Cagan, Rieg, Beachell, Van Nes and maybe Auge. My idea of the podium: Cagan, Beachell and Van Nes.

I do not know. Batata is almost 2 years now with Panteras. So 6-7 seasons. If the contractual negatiations went smooth, he is maybe at 20-25k? If you buy him at the tranferlist, you pay probably double?

Also in fun races he already show his credits. Number 1 is Nieberg and I think that batata is number 2 right now.

To give you an idea, Leao is a high 13 on TT. This tour i don't go for thé GC, only for stages. But tomorrow Rieg isn't good enough, probably arround 5th

Yeah, like who??
Baumann and van Rumst (2.1) are both high 15 in TT i think, both 2.5m TV and earn around 25k/week. Gheeraert is a 14 i thought. Much depends on your negotiation skills
I knew Batata, i saw his results last season. I am not surprised. Congrats. I agree with melres, batata and nieberg are the best TTs in the game at this moment

Congratz to all the winners of today. Not sure anymore what I intended with my overall strategy, but happy with the win.
Tomorrow we travel to Oman for another short tour, starting with a totally flat sprint, the first one this year! To be continued with some climbing and ending in strange hill stage next week.
Whom to watch? While we still wait for Dusting and TGV.
Mothers: Tavares is the best climber in the pack and maybe favorite for the second stage or GC. BUt Soria is deemed a good climber as well. Thys for white?
Carapaz: Brantenaar is a good sprinter, but a good all rounder as well. Jestin as second man.
Levi: Saltman can sprint. Rizas for stage 3?
Pollyjean: Second best climber to satrt is Ivaldi. Leonte and Ghysselinckx have excellent flat skills an might have some plans for stage 1.
Joachim: Grande might try for GC. Eenman for the sprint? Karels maybe for white?
TourCC: CWynar, Brichau, Belchior, three excellent allrounders for points and top 5's.
Devils: taking it easy this race. I wonder what the plans are with 29year old Icard.
Panteras: Dumeez as main man. But 25year old Salvetti might go for YC.
VdGG: can top class sprinter Cappelazzo live up to the expectation? Best sprinter, although Van Luchene can try something as well. Tuai expected to go for yellow.
Naspa: Guidulli for white. Camozzi will try for podium in the sprint.
Update: Dustin: Engel for GC and Jonard for YC. I am looking forward to see if Beenen will get a chance to show off his hill skills in race 3.
Winner tomorrow Cappellazzo. Brantenaar, Eenman, Camozzi and maybe Van Luchene will fight for bronze and silver.
