10 flat and he just popped to 4 flat. Very nice for a 20y old! I was already happy having a 20y with 10 TT. Thought that would certainly mean podium. But what an impressive startlist! About today: GIK team and Quiller Boys score some important points. Promotion: 2. GIK team 29683. SpartaB 2824 (88 -> 144 points behind) Relegation: 7. Tossboom 2023 (125 -> 105 points in front) 8. ALESANA 1938 (40 -> 20 points in front) 9. Quiller Boys 1918

Not nearly enough… I hoped on place 3 with Laborde...

Moneytime part 2 (or should I say Tossboom time): World Championship U21 Every terrain skill has his attack points. Might be important to choose the right attacks. Tossboom has the clear favourite with van Rooden. Pizzocolo will hope to join him on the podium. Normally, De Corel (Arsenal '98) should be another podium candidate, but he's not very happy with the fact that his manager has put him on the transfer list. Let's see how that turns out. Maybe Geeraerts (Headcase Pro Cycling) for bronze? I have a strong team when it comes to mountain, but I've put all my eggs (too bad you always have to do it with so few attack points) in Delva's basket as he also has some flat skill. Hope he doesn't disappoint me.
For the battles, I assume I will get a bit closer to GIK team. Tossboom could create a huge (unbridgeable?) gap with ALESANA and Quiller Boys.

I clearly chose the wrong tactic today. Shouldn't do those last minute changes...
Promotion: 2. GIK team 2999 3. SpartaB 2835 (144 -> 164 points behind)
Relegation: 7. Tossboom 2186 (105 -> 259 points in front) 8. ALESANA 1978 (20 -> 51 points in front) 9. Quiller Boys 1927

Quiller still in the run for 2nd Div. (75% congratz) ALESANA still in the run for relegation. (25% chance)
Happy to see Arnarsson finishing 3rd after the expected Tossboom-bombs.
Promotion is almost certainty... Arsenal CONGRATZ GIK almost congratz (75%) Bosko almost congratz (25%)

World Championship Today. Favourites: Kuzemchak (JOOP Cycling Team), Renuart (Quiller Boys) Steenmans (Arsenal '98) and Quintal (Sparta B) in battle for bronze? Also Grilo (ALESANA) and Veller (WC VroOom) at the start, but the steep mountains aren't ideal for them.

Promotion: 2. GIK team 2999 3. SpartaB 2861 (164 -> 138 points behind) 4. JOOP Cycling Team 2829 (271 -> 170 points behind)
With 3 races to go, GIK team still comfortable in the lead.
Relegation: 7. Tossboom 2188 (259 -> 231 points in front) 8. ALESANA 1993 (51 -> 36 points in front) 9. Quiller Boys 1957
Tossboom seems to have secured his place in division 2.1. Still very close between ALESANA and Quiller Boys.

As I told before, I have no mountaineers (yet). Training them. I have found a few talents in it. So in season 39 they will be either fantastic or retired! Quiller closing the gap for his rescue-mission. His survival-percentage increases. Everyting is still possible. I guess either Quiller (20%) or ALESANA (80%) will relegate. Giro dell'Emilia: 70 k mountain! Giro di Lombardia: 55 k mountain! 3 races to go and I only have 8 cyclists full fit. Quiller has also 8 cyclists full fit and one at 99% and a couple at 85%. Batlle for relegation is a thriller.

Giro dell Emilia, again a race for the feitherweighted mountainlovers. Favourites seem to be Caetano (Quiller Boys), tandem Melodia/Marques (JOOP Cycling Team), Abreu (Headcase Pro Cycling) and Marra (DeRodeLantaarn).

Caetano is not good enough to be a favourite... But an outsider when something happens (a fall?) ? Yes. Top 5 hoping on the podium. (fingers crossed)

Caetano best cyclist of last seasons 3:3. Won MJ TdF and 2 mountain stages in TdF. And with the profile of todays race Caetano is one of the favourits indeed. So I'll enjoy 2nd Div for the next 3 day... Good Luck Quiller! You'll soon be on position 8.
