I don't see why we should put more (virtual) money in the game when a lot of teams have multiple cyclists on a 50k/week wage and/or trainers with 4, 5 or even 6 skills. For me there is to much money already making the game to easy, a lot of managers aren't forced to make choices.

For the new season we will still use the old engine BUT we will implement something new. The influence of mood will be reduced drastically and the form of the cyclist will be more important. This will be a new interesting element to the game and for every manager something new to discover and find out. When this is implemented, the new calendar will be uploaded. Is this change implemented? I can't seem to find differences at first sight?

- form is now more important and calculated differently, mood is less important. (still need to do some changes regarding the display of the average and recent form before the first race, but got a week time to do that) To me, no need to make changes regarding the display. Now its a hidden factor for the opponents, a factor that can surprise them. The influence of form may be even higher to me, so there can be more surprising performances and results. The TT in Filipinas was a good comparison point for that. Seeing the result between Blicharz and Van Der Eyken, makes me think the influence is not that strong yet. Maybe its an idea to make a poll at the end of the season what peolpe think about it ? Or how they experience it ?

If going bankrupt is one of the possibilities to end the game and thinking too hard to survivie, one could easily leave the game and let it be for what it is. It will be soon no game any more. Surely I count every day my income and outgoings. To be sure to survive. If you don't win stages (read can't win stages) you need to sell cyclists, stop training, etc... but you can't grow in the game. And since we are all competitive minded, if there is no progres possible, the fun is lost and the game is lost.

Of any complaints I have with this game, having enough money isn't one of them (6m+ in the bank and 7 2.5m investments currently...).
I didn't think it was that rare, I thought most of us were rich these days but maybe I'm wrong?

I didn't think it was that rare, I thought most of us were rich these days but maybe I'm wrong? With the points jersey and good rankings in the Giro, I now make some profit this season. (30K) And that since a long time. I've been close to bankrupcy a few times, luckily managed to survive by selling cyclists, competing stages with 3 or 4 cyclists instead of 5 cyclists, downsizing the trainer, firing the youth scout,... So no punkska, not everyone has 6m+ and 7 2,5m on his account. And it is not only the Romanian teams facing bankrupcy, I know some BE teams too. So this season I can not complain about the finances, but it still is a small worry to follow up.

Any insights on form? I am trying to understand it. Read the forum post so can I use the last five races to determine what type my cyclists are?

Yes, I think you need to write down the form after each race to see if a rider is a best on gc or one day races.

Any insights on form? I am trying to understand it. Read the forum post so can I use the last five races to determine what type my cyclists are? If you mean the 5 numbers at "recent "form", no, you shouldn't watch those, cause they are from the "old" form method. You can only see the new form (the form used for the next race) when you set tactics for a race and hover over a cyclists name on the right. The form that is used for the next race is the x mentioned between brackets: (Funrace: x). I you check this every time a cyclist has ridden a race, you can keep up his formcurve. When the hidden value for the cyclists is low (for example 1 or 2), you will see at rather quickly. 1 means his form goes from 4 to 10 in 1 week, so his form goes like this: 4-10-4-10-4-10-... 2 means his form goes from 4 to 10 in 2 weeks, so his form goes like this: 4-7-10-7-4-7-... and so on till 9: 4-4-5-6-6-7-8-8-9-10-9-8-8-7-6-6-5-4-4-...
