For money question: In stage 2 CANTINI should be the virtual winner , and won sprint 1, 3, second in sprint 2 and first in GPM 1 and 2. So i gotta cut 53,000 $. ( the earn by CANTINI with the old situation ) I can buy a very poor rider for 53,000 and immediately dismiss him. ok for 3.2 division?

I adjusted the fitness of the top guy since he went full both times. Still not completely fair but the GC win isn't given away anymore. Not much time left for me today; maybe ElGringo can somehow manage a better compensation for you ... I am sorry but the offered solution does not seem correct at all to me. De Almeida is a competely different rider than Goga. I know both of the riders their skills. De Almeida can never win two races in a row. It seems as a large error to give De Almeida the victory for stage 2 because he is a TT'er, not a mountain rider. Even more De Almeida would never have won stage 3 if he would have gone at 100% in stage 2. As an extra he is never capable to lead in the points jersey. De Almeida with this time would be by far the best GC rider in 3th Division suddenly.
The most logical and fairest seems to place De Almeida in the same position in race 2 as he ended in race 1 which is 14th position. That would give a logical time difference of 17:23 to virtual winner Goga. The exact time difference is not that important because he is not a GC rider anyway. But please don't place him 1st and winning points jersey
I have recalculated every result based on that (see annex). It is not really about my team but about any team with ambition in this tour. Results are not perfect but much closer to the probable truth: Time jersey 1. Cantini with total time 12:22:02 2. Marra at 0:03:03
... 12. De Almeida with a 0:09:45 gap
Correct Point jersey results

I don't think anyone can have a problem with this solution if it is practically possible to change Bolzonis still is the lucky team in this case because: - De Almeida won stage 3 in reality probably only because he did not use fitness in stage 2. His fitness should be upgraded to around 60% or so. Doesn't matter too much, he is not a mountain rider anyway - Bolzonis got more money and more points in division classification (which is no problem to me) - Goga still is at 100% fitness and is ready for Vuelta just like Bolzonis wanted him to.
Cheers PS: calculations in attachment
Fixed. After dinner we will fix 2.1

AS 3 out of 4 of them are U25, maybe add the average time of the youngsters? Average of U25 cyclists that race: 06:30:15 Without fastest and slowest 2: 06:30:20 Something around that? Fixed
