For some reason, I thought that was a Team Time Trial and I was hoping to win it... Apparently it's an individual one. But I do think I should be able to score some top 10 places. No idea what stats one should have to win.
About today's race: what a performance by Neo! Came close to a complete podium! My plan was to take enough distance in the first half (without mountains) and was happy to see the double duo attack with Groenenhoek. But Neo managed to control the gap and made the difference in the mountain parts.
In the fight for position 5-7 in the division, the 5th and 7nd place of today don't give me the points I was hoping for. I hope to score well in U21 Chrono des Nations and Giro di Lombardia. The other races won't give me much points.

It's hard to find out what our U21-TT-specialists are able to do. Last time we saw U21's ride a TT was in Toucy-Toucy in season 20. After checking the times of those who rode there, I feel confident about Van Heeswijk, but I fear Serwy. And how to interpret Everts' time? He rode for GC that day. And did all those young men train TT or other skills?

I assume Barendregt (Bolt Thrower, who is training only TT at the moment) and Nees (Groenenhoek) will do good too.

oh crap, I didn't even notice that it was a tt until now... Well, there goes my ambition. Especially hard since I saved fitness last week with a particular rider. Damned. Not my cup of tea now, I don't focus on TT until riders reach the 30's. No clue what you need, but I think 8-9?
I missed Sikkens today, what happened Bosko? Too many downhill parts? I hope to keep this 3rd place. Very pleased with the youngsters jerseys I have won this season.

But team Bolt Thrower only recently switched to TT training. Can't imagine that it's enough for Barendregt. Extraordinary flat skill but only poor TT. Indeed my expectation for Everts are higher. Only decent flat skill but much better TT ... but to tell you a secret: still < 7
I guess this will become a terrible week for my team. No mountain profiles. Indeed my only hope for a result is the U21 TT.

Downhill is still 6, so not a disaster (I think there are a lot of cyclists with lower downhill skill). But in 2 seasons he lost 1 skill point at every skill. Together with the mood only "ok" after the new contract, that turns an excellent cyclist into a good cyclist. You should be happy with your youngster jerseys. 8 out of (for now) 14 is quiet impressive. Especially 4 jerseys with Rayside... headcase: You should be confident about Van Heeswijk. When I see his wage, he better get you that victory... You offered him new contracts to make him very happy and are planning to sell him afterwards?

Yes I want him to win and he will be for sale tomorrow around 13.00 If you need a good rider, shortlist him: 4-1-2-0-2-9.5 St 8, Ba 9 In U21 Chrorno des Nations (season 19) he was already 2 minutes faster than Nees. And since then he only had TT-training. So I'm not fearing Nees. I'm curious about Barendregt. No TT in his history that gives me an indication.

Than you won't have to fear me. Oudenaarden comes close, but he's only 20y, so has less FL (and lower mood).

I found out that in de Future Generation Championship there was an ITT on 5th of september with a lot of our young riders in it. Van Heeswijk was faster than Serwy, but Serwy was faster than Hazeleger. I hate that, I want to be 1 and 2...

interesting profile, too bad his downhill is 0. I told myself not to buy a main skill 0 anymore. Any exp and LS? If he had 1 or 2 downhill, I would be in. 9.5 TT, I think this win is pretty clear:D
Bosko, is it only the effect of the mood you think? The difference is rather big IMO. I really thought he would win easily. Cormier also a 14 hill?

Cormier has all the same skills as Sikkes had at his best, only Hill 10.5 (=3.5 less) and TT 11 (= 1 more) and 2y younger. I'm training his HI to 11 and than I'm going to check his FL training ability.
