Hi all
Bolt has done some serious investments the last couple of days. He will be close I think. Wonder how far Guiggi will come at his 38. Big buy from crusaders with Stroh. Groenenhoek, Crusaders and Gik are able to use a fitness update. GIK will probably do with Lamego I assume, don't know for crusaders and groenenhoek.
For myself, I am looking for an easy season. My 3 old guys are still there and will hopefully get me enough points to play a decent season without many ambition. Few stage wins, thats about it.
Is there anyone willing to promote?

Hello, After being top of my division in the 3 last seasons, this season will be a big change for me. The difference with last season’s opponents is huge. My favorites for promotion are Bolt Thrower and Neo. For myself a top 5 position will be great. I lost only one rider during the retirement, so that was already a good beginning. But my old ones are losing skills fast. Good luck all!

I hope to promote, but i noticed last season already that i missed some races due busy life. That’s why i missed the first race...
My team is getting older, so i have to invest some in a new generation, change trainer and look what is possible
Good luck all!
The rest of the week is okay, so i hope i can find my sunday peloton evenings back

Wow, Div 2 is something completely different than Div 3. I'm a little bit sobered after the first race. It seems a solid oldie isn't enough anymore to secure at least a third rank in any race.
Looking at my team I only see 3 cyclists who really can go for wins.
You should define realistic goals. So mine is to at least participate in each race with 5 cyclists.
Have a nice season all!

off course it is Joe, just as there is a difference between 1 and 2nd. For example, my cyclist Dirven won the first race but was nowhere in Div 1. Rarau, last season no stage wins in this division and relegated begins with 2/2 in 3.4 Every division is different
Decent start for me, delighted with the first win, but disappointed about Veller today. I was aiming for a top5 with him. Guess I overestimated his stats. Bummer
Good to have you back neo

The difference is indeed verry big. Last season I could easily win without setting my riders at 100% and could compete with 3 or 4. That will not be possible this season. Planning and setting tactings became a lot more challenging,... but also more fun! Today begins the first small tour. Hopefully I can get a nice result in the GC. A stage win will not be possible I'm afraid.

Damn Those mountains, if they weren’t there than Vindevogel would have won the points Jersey. Congratulations to GIK and Vroom.

well to be honest headcase, I didn't expect it. Thought there were too many hill parts in it for Clementino. His hill is average, he is more a mountain guy. But since I forgot to play him in the first stage, the ambition for GC was gone and today's stage was all that was left. Good recovery. Unfortunately his jersey bonus is higher then what I have earned:-) have to renegotiate in a few weeks...
happy with the youngster jersey though. 9Th place in today's stage, nice.
as it seems now, Lamego stays the one for GC's in medium and big tours. Wonder how far cyclists like Sikkens, Chitul, Szekely, Guillemant and Gommeren will come

Happy with 3th place after week 1. This is a better start than I expected pre-season.
Goal for week 2: get a win!

Happy with 3th place after week 1. This is a better start than I expected pre-season. Goal for week 2: get a win! You go with Monnely for GC (in very good position!), so why Lezzani didn't go full for stage win? He could have won.

Maybe he wants to race again next week? Hopefully Monnely can defend his GC jersey tomorrow. It will not be easy.
