I'm taking up the Facebook Page www.facebook.com/pg/ThePelotonGame. I think the main added value to Facebook (compared to the forums and ingame communication) is to attract possible new players. The way Facebook works is that if a post gets a lot of likes/replys, it is shown on the timeline of the friends of people who liked/replied to the post. So your like and/or reply can be a little advertisement of the game. But what to post? I was thinking to focus on what is happening in league 1:1. Maybe also with some quotes from the players posted in peloton.proboards.com/thread/9360/18-1 when appropiate (hope the players won't mind). Also thinking about doing a poll once in a while (though the ingame poll reaches more players probably). The front page picture should also show something about the game I think, but just a screenshot is not that interesting. Maybe a collage is nice. Anyone else has ideas/suggestions?

When you start peloton you get to see a collage, use that one?

I really appreciate that, it looks good. it will be difficult to find new managers, but when we did not try they did not come.

I started to like some of the posts. And I'am going to think about it. When I made a quote you could use you've got my permission.

Though I do not know how Facebook exactly works, I'd guess that at least five likes/comments are needed to get attention. Unfortunately the Peloton facebook postings get less than that. But if it doesn't help to advertise the game, it's not worth the time to post things, I'm afraid...
