After a few days of trying out things here, I have a couple of general questions about gameplay:
- It seems impossible to fully train own talents to be great riders. Since coaches that can effectively train all abilities are unpayable, I suppose everyone trains their one or two abilities to the max, then sells the riders and buys others that are low in the trained abilities and already trained in the others. Is this the general way to improve a team?
- In the lowest league the way to success seems to be buying a strong old rider and send him on an escape early in the race. Most others and even the joined peloton are two weak to catch him. Does this change in higher leagues or are there barely ever final sprint decisions? Would this make sprint a less important ability than the others?
tell us your team name and your division
1. are 2 kind of users, who train maximum on a skill, especially with 18/20 flat OR mountain
others users, like me, train only with 15 on flat or mountain or tt
you could do like this: first 3-4 seasons you train only flat and mountain then you lower your trainer skill in 1 of this 2 and you rise your trainer skill to 15/18 in another skill
for example we have races without mountain, in this kind of races you need especially flat, sprint and tt and in some race some hill and/or downhill
2.if you want to train a cyclist to be good on mountain you dont need your flat and hill to maximum, you need at least 12/14 mountain (for first 2 divisions)
for example something like
6 6 14 3 6 10
3. in itt and tt races , sprint dont count
so you could train your cyclists in all kind of ways

yes is good to buy some old cyclists for winning races.
Is impossible for a under 25 cyclist to win a race in first 2 divisions
theoretically if are enough helpers and enough cyclists who are play at General Standings the attackers cant attack but i don see a race like this
for win a Big Tour you need to attack in most relevant races
Sprint is a important skill but of course, in my oppinion, not so important like mountain/flat
without sprint you cant have good results in first divisions
Are some 5 races or more on a season (on sprint races) where sprint is very important
for example, are only examples,
in races like
flat 200 hill 10 downhill 10 mountain 0 km you win with 14 6 0 3 8 12
flat 50 hill 50 mountain 80 downhill 50 you win with 6 6 14 3 6/8 12 or 10 5 12 3 6/8 12
flat 20 hill 20 mountain 100 downhill 20 you win with 4 4 14 3 6 12 and so on
on itt/ttt sprint is useless
in sprint races, the sprint is very important
on u21 races all skills are important
the importance of skills in my oppinion are
mountain, flat
tt, hill, sprint
downhill
p.s dont buy a scout, the prices for youngsters are very low
buy a scout only if your finances are healty (positive every week)
and if you have a good trainer
and if you have at least 2.500.000 on finances
