Here we are again for another season in div 2.2 Belgium dominates the division with 5 teams then Romania with 3 team, 2 Dutch teams and one Portuguese and French I still don't know what are my goals for this season but I need money because this 2 last seasons I lost more then 4 millions because of scout and trainer. Seems we will have again a fight in TT between Tirlea and Andreoli and maybe someone else to fight for TT like Courrier and Martyn. For mountain stages seems we have one of the best in game Borrego and also Zevenbergen. For GC Christindel and Lemius both with fitness trainers are the main contenders for big tours. But you guys can have a word and tell for your on. My strong rider is Tirlea for TT and Naz for GC but since I don't use fitness trainer a place in top 5 will be good for the grand Tours.

Thanks El G. for the work you do for the game and for opening this topic. Glad to still be in the same division with you. This will be the only day that I am on top in the standings I have only one goal: relegat to third division. My new team is almost ready to compete, I sold all my older riders and have only new generation riders left. They are developing well and they are ready next season to compete in 3rd. One stage win is the max I can ask from my team. Also very, very happy that my friend Negru is back and nice to be in the same division with Rarau. I wish everybody a lot of fun and good luck!!!

I dont know what to expect either. I didnt want to promote but things turned out the other way dont think my team is strong enough to survive, especially not when fitness training comes in. Its the first time i really have to cope with that. Anyway i hope to earn some money and we will see what we can achieve.

Hi all,
and Hi Ab, really nice to see you again here. I hope this time i'll be smarter, and stay relaxed here, in this division. Therefore, my objective is fourth place, if i do a mistake again, i'll be maximum third.
Now, it's debatable if my team is good enough for fourth place, but we'll see.
I hope i'll regain the necessary mood to play the game as my out of game life is pretty full, and i hope i won't forget too many times to put my team to race.
Otherwise, really happy to be in the same group with people i know and used to talk in the game and with the fellow Romanians. Funny it's all three of us in the same group, it's the first time. So i suppose that Rarau will keep me alive with mails and questions, and discussions.
Otherwise, good season to everybody, and have fun.
And Ab, i understand the strategical reason to relegate, hopefully when you'll come back, it will be 2.2.

Hi all. After last season with a, easy stay in the division I hope to end again in the middle of the bunch. Sold some older riders, so it might get a little bit more difficult. We'll see

I know you're relegating to be able to increase the mood of the younger cyclists. Is it a season enough? I did not make an estimation on it, i don't actually know how fast the mood improves. We'll see anyway, and as said. hopefully you'll get back here. I am really curious how Brembilla will do this season. He is actually grown up now, i just want to increase a little bit more his TT and otherwise, he should be ok (the only issue being height/weight). I don't know if there is other cyclist at his age with comparable stats. He can't be used on stages with mountain, probably in the future i will also increase the mountain to a minimum acceptable level, but otherwise he's ok from the stats point of view. Already 15 flat .

Yes, that is the only reason. Only thing I am afraid of that there still will be some older great riders left in third next season who will win most races. But we will see. Yes, Brembilla is always on my list. I was surprised that Belluzo already won a race last season, but for all others, the differences are still high compared to the older riders. I guess you found that out this week too....

Fight between Tirlea and Andreoli I took advantage in the first round but seems that is all because I will now renegociate a new contract with Tirlea, so mood drop.

How did you get him happy for only 1750 more? I see Droeftoeters also with low wages for his cyclists with good moods.

I am really curious how Brembilla will do this season. He is actually grown up now, i just want to increase a little bit more his TT and otherwise, he should be ok (the only issue being height/weight) My suggestion is to sell him. Without proper height/weight stats it is near to impossible to win a race in the first division. What's happening today ?!? Crispeels better then Raps ?!? Is this an internal affair we suppose to be aware of? How did you get him happy for only 1750 more? I see Droeftoeters also with low wages for his cyclists with good moods. There are various ways to negotiate. The master in this regards is BETERLAATDANNOOIT (886). Once you look at his top riders' wages you realize that you have done something wrong.
My objective this season: to avoid demotion. I am going to sell about half of my old riders which means I will have about 4 or 5 by the end of this season.

I know, I have seen the wages of BETER LAAT DAN NOOIT. Please sell your older riders as soon as possible. My youngsters will never have a chance to win a race as long as your older riders participate
