Nice observations DD. You see, this is a game that rewards excellence. Just look at the prizemoney division er race: number 6 gets only 10% of what the winner gets. Take a look at Skander Geneau: he rides a very decent Vuelta, only 4 minutes slower than Zeklos. But Geneau's results are 3,6,7,8,10 (only top 10, no TTT) Zeklos has: 1,2,3,4,4. That makes 83% against 295% of the prizemoney of 1 stage. So, financially, it is better to focus just on one stage than on an overall good performance.

that is thé conclusion! It's better to have 1 supergood rider, then to have 10 average riders. And that's why I will sell soon a lot of my top riders! (rebiere, gal, geneau, malbranque)
