Welcome to all managers A good season for everyone. We have the belgium teams in majority but I think the big favourite is Evcont and for 2nd place maybe 2/3 teams to fight. I will try to do my best, top 3:)

Thank you ElGringo for opening up this topic. I would like to believe that my team would be in the top 3 teams by the end of the season, but this assumption didn't work very well in the past. Every time when I've said "top 3" I've lost another position that season. Last three seasons I've stepped down from the 3rd, to the 4th place, and then to the 5th place in this division; so, my best guess now is the 6th place. Good luck everyone!!

Thanks for the invitation to the forum ElGringo. And thanks for all your effort to keep the game alive, is really much appreciated.
I have no objectives for this season. A lot less time to play, i don't really see a chance to improve my team at the moment. I don't see myself at all being a favourite, i was the last one in the division, Puscasu is no more and with a good offer probably Bochinsky will also go.
Therefore, what i would like but it's not really an objective is third place with a lot of stage wins. If i can make that, i'll be really happy.
Good luck to everybody and i'll try to do my best to be at least a little more active here.

Well, we are at an interesting point in this game. The first generation riders are getting older. The real old ones loose skills, the younger ones hardly gain relevant skills anymore. This will be an open division. Melres is top favourite for me together with Evcont and P&P.
I started two seasons ago, after achieving my goal, selling my older guys and building up my new, younger team. This season, I will continue with that. I still have a few older riders, but I don't train them anymore. Just need them to earn some money. So, my goal is to develop my team further and win some races. I'll stay out of the fight for time jerseys in almost all tours because I don't have the LS points for that. Also training my future leaders. If I get more points than expected and I could fight for promotion, then I will put up only youngsters to avoid promotion. I don't expect that I have to fight against relegation.
I wish everybody a nice and succesful season and a lot of discussion here on the forum.

I'm back from one season in div 3. I think I will battle against relegation again. My team is just not strong enough for div 2, but too strong for div3. I want te win some stages and see where I end.

Strange result for me today, Audran was in front with another riders because they won time in the flat attacking point but in the 3rd attacking point he was set to attack and any info of the attack and lost the lidership of the race and even the contact with the riders that were pursuiting him. Contratz for the stage negru.

Thanks ElGringo, as already said, i hope to get as many stagewins as possible. I have less riders with real potential, but Bratiano is still pretty good. I knew he will do at least top 3. But tomorrow no chance, i have less riders for flat races compared with the past, and the reason is i found that are not enough flat races during the season (expect the beginning) to actually make sense for me to keep so many flat riders @ab Normaal: Looks everybody is fighting for the third spot. I don't know who actually wants the first two places, maybe we should eradicate them for the season ). I don't feel to put too much energy in the game and i have enough of being first in second division, last in first division and so on. I did it too many times, and i want just to relax here. Yeap, i also do not think i run the risk to relegate, but i clearly don't want to promote. Just have fun, win some races, try at least a little bit to change my team, have a chat with guys, things like this!

I think then it will come down to Melres, P&P and Low Budget for the promotion

My issue to renew the team (which is the best idea, i anyway have some good for nothing (for me) cyclists), is that you need to be active on the transfer market. And i hate the idea, i don't like it, i don't like to be online at a precise hour and the whole process. I think this is/was one of my main disatvantages in this type of game. And sometimes i prefer to buy expensive, but just to buy and close the issue for some time. You can see i did not have a lot of transfers in my history. A lot of times happened to put a cyclist on the shortlist and totally forget at time of bidding.
But yes, the team has to change. Luckily, i don't have very old cyclists (only a replacement leader in case of necessity).
I don't know who actually wants to promote, but is possible at the end that the differences between first 5 places to be really low. I hope we won't get to the point where more teams will play with youth just to avoid getting points.

Oh, I just saw that ASA FUN bought some pretty good riders. Perhaps he can promote.

Hi! Good luck to everyone with the new season! Not much time to follow the game these days but it seems that my riders know what to do anyway... Nice double today. I don't know much about the new teams so I really don't know what to expect. After ranking 3rd last season I will try to promote, but it will be hard (as usual).
