I wasn't adressing you rarau, only those who complained about this season being to different. Don't you agree that nothing is as boaring as a year in year out domination by the same team ?yup, true . P.S. I hope Nightbiker will not crush you this season in division 2 and next in division 1 Just like Ab I am in 1.1 now so it will be something for next season and I have a feeling that I will be back in 2nd division by then. But I admit that this team got me worried.

The calendar is differente and we made a lot of new stages, you guys can see that the majority of stages will be similar to the stages in real life for season 2014.
I am a mountain trainer and for is easy to make a calendar for mountain guys, but in the past season always a mountain trainer gets the 1st position and the others top positions to mountain trainers too, sometimes we see a flat trainer but not usual. This season will have more flat parts but still more mountain endings so a strong flat rider need to have mountain to get his goal.
It will be a more tactical calendar and a lot of fun for everyone.

I am very satisfied with the current look of the calendar. I only agreed with the knowledge that it is more in favor of the flat cyclists than previous situation. But even though this deviates from my point of view, some variation is more than welcome.

To be clear: I am happy there are people working on stages! No complaining about that My 'complaining' wasn't complaining yet, it was just asking if the difference is really as big as it was in percentages. Apparently it isn't, some more flat+mountain stages instead of pure mountain. I don't see the problem and I'm ok with that. Variation is needed, but would anybody be ok if one season you have 100% flat races and the next you have 100% mountain? I don't think so. That's why I hope the balance between stages will always be respected and I think there is no problem this season Of course I would like mountain all the way (personal), but I know there will always be races that I can't win BTW: Talking about flat/mountain trainers is difficult because many teams have more than one type of cyclist. It's true that flat trainers didn't do that well last season, but I wonder how they get to first division if they are disadvantaged. You don't have to be lucky with the calender, you have to be lucky with other teams and their strengths.

@complainers : Don't you agree that nothing is as boaring as a year in year out domination by the same team ? I think this is adressed to me To be honest, no. As long as the same team just is the best team every season there is no problem for me. If he is the best manager to make a selection of cyclists that will win the most points, he should deserve to dominate. Rather that than being randomised by a new calender just to give him a disadvantage. EGV was very good, he had the best cyclists in almost all kind of stages, so no calender would have stopped him probably. He deserved to win. Last season a mountain-oriented team won, but the season before he wasn't even close to winning. Just to show the luck you need with the other teams Maybe there was a little to much mountain last season, I don't know. But my first thought just was that 10% extra flat is quite a lot Thankfully the explanation from EG made everything clear. It's also very stupif of my to try and judge a calender based on 4 numbers

All very well creating a new kalender.. but still no kalender to have a look at.. any news on this? When we can see the calender then all thes percentages will be more clear. You can have a race wit 200Km flat en end with mountains for 15Km.. No pure flat rider will win.. so percentages don't say much
