stenes: Do you want Baris Knops back? I'm not training him anymore (trained him till sprint 4.4), and Paris-Roubaix probably will be his last race for EGV You'll get him back much cheaper than the $2.2M I paid for him. But he was worth every dollar last season by winning 2 races and the Tour de Pologne.

Sprint 8/9 however, is not a problem for me, considering that I have only Barbantini (and then Coser, but this ) as my "original riders", all other cyclists are bought back after the "big sale - 14/set/2012". Excluding Guala and Fabbro (10kk spent) the other are not phenomena, so I can not expect great results. I did not hurry, the results will come. You can't look at that. My original riders were all garbish and I have very good riders now. For example, Nistor has a total some of skill 26 and he has 4 skill over skill 5.

See you that i have at least a dozen good cyclists in perspective (with sprint 2/3 now) I don't have cyclists with high sprint...this is my real problem! Sooner or later they will also have their sprint high and it is hoped that whatever it is reduced a little the importance of sprint. For example: do you remember Guala? Now he has 24 total skill. Fabbro 23 and Barbantini 24 too. Of course, the rest of the team must grow, but I have no hurry, so you'll go to serie A not I The problem to have a great team now is your, not mine (EGV wait you!!!)

I'm waiting to see Italy and to check the mountain riders. Last season you had a very good performance in Italy, but you lost tactically by your fault and if I remember the same happens in Spain. You have the rider with the higgest skill in mountain with skill 12, but there are some other good riders from other teams like TGV and Berserk.

At the end of Vuelta GUALA arrival 3rd (+3'23) and FABBRO 7° (+8'15) (1 and 2 two riders of EGV of course ) in this case I tried to make selection at the 10° stage I.T.T. (Guala won) but won little time compared to the fit used (about 85%)!!! In the other stages I was hoping not to lose many times and instead... I don't see errors from me At the Vuelta I tried to take the margin to two of EGV but my rider did not have it done. This is all

If I'm correct, then it was Stenes who was leading with 2 races to go in the Vuelta and Giro, but I had a bit more fitness, so then I was able to attack with my cyclists that went 100% 2 times in the last 2 races. So it was very hard to beat them, especially because they won much time in the flat time trials (Giro 1st stage and Vuelta 2nd stage) and I couldn't win any time back until those last 2 races.

This season is turning out to what I expected, hard to play a part. My team is to weak for second division! Hopefully today a good result, hoping for a good result!

In the Giro was the cyclist of Angelo "DURON" that was always in front of Guala and arrived 2nd at the end. In the Vuelta, after the ITT, Guala was first but with little benefit and fit under your "monsters", that in the last 2 stages they dominated and you won deservedly! Maybe the Giro is not yet ready, but for the Vuelta, as well as Guala and Fabbro I expect great things from Barbantini this year!

I was talking about Giro, when EGV lost 7min in the TTT.
In Vuelta you lost because of the stage Bola del Mundo.

This year we will see in Div1 the fight between the top 2 riders in mountain, Guth and Malton, is going to be a little more difficult for Malton this year.
In our div I thing the fight will be between Guala and De Comacema.

I was talking about Giro, when EGV lost 7min in the TTT. In Vuelta you lost because of the stage Bola del Mundo. My team arrived 3rd +5'32, while EGV arrived 5° at +7'13 ( difference only +1'41 and with his riders are nothing!) In the Vuelta, Guala Vs Loconsole-Malton: 1° stage: same time 2° stage: Guala +14 on Loconsole; +1'21 on Malton 3° stage: same time 4° stage: same time 5° stage: same time 6° stage: same time 7° stage: same time 8° stage: same time 9° stage: same time now I tried to increase detachment with the crono 10° stage: Guala + 2'45 on Loconsole and + 2'56 on Malton at this point i had: + 2'59 on Loconsole + 4'17 on Malton la debacle was at 11° stage!!! 11° stage: Loconsole/Malton + 5'49 on Guala!!! 12° stage: same time Guala arrived 3° +3'23!
