Season update

You might have noticed, but yesterday I did two updates:
both a weekly and the seasonal updates. I did this to test the multiskill trainer in both updates.

Everything appeared to have worked fine. If you go to the division page now, you'll see a new link to the previous season. It shows the final division standings (also best cyclist) + a link to the calendar of the previous season.

I think you should display seasons in a dropdown box because in 10 seasons the list with previous seasons will be giant.

Indeed, or a small scrollbar. But I'll think about that in 10 seasons
