Sinds dat de trainingspool van max 25 renners is ingevoerd ben ik het plezier in het spel een beetje kwijtgeraakt. Ik vind dat de mogelijkheden nu te beperkt zijn. Eenmaal je een kern gevormd hebt van snelle poppers, en een mix van jong en oud, dan zit je muurvast voor enkele jaren. Je kan ze allleen maar wachten tot ze poppen, ook nieuwe aankopen lonen niet echt de moeite, als je over 25 goede renners beschikt dan loont de inverstering in een betere renner niet de moeite. Momenteel reeds voor mij het sparen als enigste optie, ik kan nergens in investeren. In mijn geval heb ik een kern van 10 'toppers' die snel poppen + 15 pulls van mijn deligthed scout, die allemaal zeer poppen.
Ik weet dat één van de redenen voor het invoeren van de trainingspool was dat er 'misbruik' van werd gemaakt. (50-60 renners laten trainen en doorverkopen met winst). Daarom zou ik willen voorstellen om te betalen voor extra trainingsplaatsen (vergelijkbaar met training voor trainer). Als dit volgens een soort exponentiele schaal zou verlopen, dan loont het alvast niet de moeite om nog 50 renners in dienst te houden. Maar het levert wel net die extra ruimte op die je in mijn ogen nodig hebt om te kunnen 'experimenteren'.
Wat vinden jullie hiervan?

Het zou allemaal te veel in het voordeel spelen van de echt rijke teams en zo kan de kloof tussen rijke teams en arme nooit gedicht worden. Er zijn nu teams met meer dan 150M, als zij hiermee 50 nieuwe trainingsplaatsen zouden kopen en zoeken naar allemaal goei poppers worden zij enorm bevoordeeld ten opzichte van beginnende ploegen en kan de kloof nooit gedicht worden... Want zij zullen dan na een paar seizoenen 75 heel goei renners hebben waar je zeer veel wedstrijden mee wint en als je die daarna nog is doorverkoopt nog meer geld. En zo kan er maar geld blijven geschept worden.
Ik vind wel dat er een aantal nieuwe investeringsmogelijkheden moeten worden ontworpen. Maar wat eerst en vooral moet veranderd worden blijft toch de race engine en een soort verslag ofzo tijdens de wedstrijd.

Een exponentiele schaal is een goed idee. Veel beter en leuker dan een minimum en maximum. Als deze schaal goed is, is het helemaal geen nadeel voor armere of beginnende teams. De rijke teams hun zucht om een tikkeltje beter te worden zal handen vol geld kosten. Zie hoeveel er voor bepaalde renners wordt geboden, dat zijn bedragen die de renners nooit zullen terug verdienen... Zo verliezen deze teams veel geld en wordt die kloof kleiner.

thib555: Managers die momenteel over 150M zullen altijd top blijven, met of zonder grote trainingspool. Als de exponentiele schaal groot genoeg is, dan is het zoals droopy zegt, het is niet meer rendabel om extra trainingsplaatsten te kopen. Bottom line is volgens mij gewoon het feit dat er (te) makkelijk geld wordt verdient dat niet rendabel kan geinvesteerd worden. Voor mij, en waarschijnlijk ook andere, zit het spel gewoon muurvast. Mijn kern is zoals ik ze wil, een mix van toppers aangevuld met snelle poppers (bijna allemaal 4 weken, dus sneller vind ik niet). Momenteel draait het spel voor mij alleen nog uit het selecteren van renners voor wedstrijden, that's it...

4weken is vaag. Ik heb er die om de 3 weken poppen maar naargelang de skill verhoogt, vertraagt het poppen.

We zijn ons welbewust van dit probleem. Voorstellen over het kunnen bouwen van bepaalde gebouwen (jeugdcomplex, ...) liggen hier en daar op een stukje papier op tafel Ook wordt er lustig gebrainstormd over de nieuwe race engine gelinkt aan rennerstactieken en raceverslagen. Verder wordt er uiteraard gewerkt aan de nieuwe layout van de ganse site en is een nieuw contractsyteem volledig uitgewerkt (beiden hopelijk voor volgend seizoen) Om nog maar te zwijgen over ideeen voor de aanpak van mooddrops, ... Denk eraan, het gaat hier om ideeen, dat wil niet zeggen dat ze effectief zullen geimplementeerd worden

De meeste nieuwe features die men nog kan invoeren, zullen mijns inziens vrij weinig interactie van de manager vragen. Je gaat niet elke week een gebouw kopen bijvoorbeeld. En als er taktieken bijkomen, dan blijft het nog in hetzelfde domein van 'spelers selecteren voor wedstrijden'. Waar zou voor je dan een extra uitdaging/bezigheid in kunnen bestaan?

Je hebt overschot van gelijk, uiteindelijk komt het altijd neer op renners en tacktieken selecteren. Maar vind je ook niet dat er momenteel heel weinig magament bij komt kijken. Een paar voorbeelden om dit te illustreren: - Je hebt het team dat je wilt (zoals ik), dus het enige wat je dan nog rest is het wachten op het poppen van je renners, zo'n beetje gelijk watching paint dry, oersaai dus. Een keer om de twee weken ben je een half uurtje bezig met het uitrekenen van de fitness van je renners en met het selecteren van je team voor de volgende wedstrijden. Op de transfermarkt kan je bijna niet meer actief zijn, want er is geen plaats meer in de pool. - Als beginnend team is de strategie volgens mij ook duidelijk, streven naar de vorige situatie. Dit vergt inderdaad even tijd, en naargelang de je managerkwaliteiten beter zijn gaat dit sneller.
Het is natuurlijk makkelijk om een probleem te schetsen, een oplossing voorstellen is natuurlijk al heel wat anders.
Zoals aangehaald lijkt me in eerste instantie het vergroten van de trainingspool een eerste oplossong, maar hier wordt dus al gewerkt.
Uiteindelijk moet ik er mij mss ook bij neerleggen dat ik van situatie 2 naar 1 ben gegaan en dat ik daardoor iets minder mogelijkehden heb ik dit spel.

Ik heb hier nu net eens alles gelezen en zou zo toch op iets willen terugkomen. Er wordt hier verwezen naar het feit dat een groter aantal renners laten trainen, enkel een voordeel is voor de grote ploegen; Dit is niet echt waar. Ik ben bijvoorbeeld ook gegroeit door enorm jonge spelers voor een prikje te kopen en op het einde van het seizoen te verkopen (vraag maar aan bosto). Maar iets wat men vaak vergeet is dat grote ploegen vaak enorm grote en goeie renners hebben, maar dat ze die na een tijdje moeten verkopen omdat ze de lonen niet meer kunnen betalen die de renners vragen, dus door meer renners te trainen, krijgen we zo meer geld in het laadje, dus kunnen ze ook de lonen van deze renners betalen, en is dit probleem ook verholpen.
