Very strange indeed. I re-uploaded the latest version of the code and now with those settings your cyclist's mood is delighted.
My guess is that there was a problem with the code's version.

I see you gave him the requested amount , I just raised his pay with 100 euro, but I hope that this doesn't make that big difference in mood going almost from 0 - 100 ...
