What would you think of making a possibility to let your cyclists go on a Stage(Train Camp, mostly in an other country or in the hills => more red bloodcells in your body), not al of them, for example max 5, it should take a week-stage, and in that week you can't use THAT cyclists for races. But he increase in place of the normal training increasment 2times as fast as normal or something. But it should cost some money ex: 2500 a cyclist a week
Also I should Like the idea of an WorldRace and BelgianRace
So stage not in the meaning as a day-race but as a trainingweek, like footballplayers do in summer (going to a warm place with a nice hotel, ... and train on good fields) Train Camp like Il padrino said

if it were possible to buy training with money, difference between teams would become much bigger, and i don't think we want that.

Maybe but you will not be able to use that cyclist for a race
But they can make it also without money or just a small price AND with a MAX of cyclists on training camp, thats realy important a Maximum
there you're right

This might be a good idea, but with a different effect on the cyclists.
Instead of letting them train faster, i would rather see them get a bonus on a skill for a certain time, for example 3 weeks. Then he can use this bonus in a great tour.
The disadvantages should be that you cant train him while his on training camp. Another good addition might be to give him a fitness drop after these 3 weeks: he has been performing very good but afterwards he's extra tired and might lose -20% / -40% / -50% ?
This way you have to choose your cyclists more carefully and this makes it impossible to let your best cyclist ride in all three great tours..

Suppose racer C is selected to race on thursday, and racer A and B have been send to a training-camp. The team manager changes his opinion and want racer A to race on thursday in stead of C. How long will a training-camp last? 5 days, a whole week (7 days), from particular hours?
Can you still put A in a race after 3 days of training camp? Can you put racer B in training on sunday too, so he could have 2 trainings in one week? Multi-skill or same skill as on sunday? What will he train? Is it dependant of your trainer? Or can you send them to a training-camp where another trainer is available to train him in a skill to your choice? Is A replacable by C. Does racer A and C get some training on the days they have been in the training-camp?
The idea of a training-camp is not so bad, but it needs some detail workout.
