i don't know if this already past by here.
maybe it's an idea that you can give your youth cyclist on loan to a team with another training program, so that he trains that. the team he go's to can use him in races.. or a switch i will get one of his youth cyclist and he one of mine??

Nice idea but this could lead to cheating...
Up to what age the cyclists is still considered "youth" ? Will he return to his old team then ? No one will give up a trainingspot for a youth cyclist of another team, if he can not benefit from it...

And what happens if the other team decides not to train your cyclist anymore, or he wants to train "fitness" for a week, or he puts 28 cyclists in his trainingpool ?
You can never guarantee that the benefit will be equal for both parties

Yes, a team might loan a cyclist from another team and never give him training, so their own cyclists might get sold for more money.

i think the game always selects the cyclist to train you know?? and when he puts more cyclists in his pool, thats life.. not everything goes how you want them to go.. or if this is far to complex, in the contract a clausule if it is not training 20 times you get a fee of €.....

Mmm, maybe it is better and easier to implement some kind of "youth facility" which you can be build and put your youth cyclist in in order to train him on other skills...

yeah could be, but how much cyclist can participate some sort of youth facilitie? do you need to buy another trainer?? you can also implent them all. youth facilities are expansive and poor teams can make an agreement for loan. but you can only loan out 1 person. so when you got more money, theyre going to invest in the youth facilities..
and another thing i think is that your scout sometimes finds people of the age of 23. maybe its an idea that how older the cyclist the scout finds the better his skills are, depending on the skills of the scout ofcourse. cause i think thats more fair.

i agree that we could have the loan, it's great that we pay the salary, and the cyclist that is on loan is mandatory to be on the trainingpool of other team, and race a minimun of races

I don't agree. In RL cyclists are also not loaned from one team to another. Furthermore I believe there are more urgent and interesting things to develop for the designers or peloton. But don't hesitate to tell me I am wrong

anc38; No one can tell you that you are wrong as this is your opinion and everyone is entitled to one. People are free to disagree with each other, and through debate an idea will be born.
I value all of the information I have read on this forum whether I agree with it or not, (and this reflects into everyday life too).Just my tuppence.

Hehe ok you are right about this Maybe I should have rephrased my last sentence a bit since I was only hoping to get some reactions from people who would not agree with my opinion, just to have such a debate.
