Just bad luck probably. Perception=8 makes 40% chance of getting a pull. 7 weeks without: (1-0.4)^7=2.8%. So 2/3 managers out of 100 will have this bad luck...

My youthscout 0 cyclists in 7 weeks or if he find a cyclist next week 1/8 = perception 12.5%. It isn't correct for me there is a bug

I have a really stupid question, so please don't yell do you have to click on something every week to pull, or does the YA automatically try to pull a rider every update?

It isn't correct for me there is a bug No, it's not because you have 8 perception that you'll get 4 cyclists in 10 weeks. The average of a very big sample will probably give 4 cyclists in 10 weeks, but a sample of 7 measurements (your situation) is just not big enough to make any conclusions. As I said you have 40% to get a cyclist if you press the pull button. So you have 60% chance to get nothing. 7 Weeks nothing is a chance of 0.6^7=2.8%. You just are unlucky (or forget to pull?)
