if windowshopper is banned, isn't the fact that he is still being mentioned in my fanclub a bug ? the moment the team is effectively removed (instead of just 'inactive'), these things will be solved automatically. |

can i please get an explenation why i lost my team?what did i do wrong?my bankaccount was -15k and i did not sold player above their transfervalue.so can i please get my team back?oh yeah their is someboy on de transferlist buying an cyclist for 547k isn't that suspisios. if you are not able to log on, how in earth can you check the transfermarket?  I'd like to hear an explanation for this as well... |

There where several reports adressed to your current team. The reason we locked down your account is because there where several indication there where some 'rare' things going on between several teams who also lost there account. Buying/Selling players above transfersvalue is not the way to go. I hope this is a clear indication to other players to think twice to do something like that. We closed it because controlling multiple teams is not allowed. Letting friends buy players above transfervalue neither. Another thing. Your current deficit on your bankaccount (-15 k) is the reason of the last transfers you did. The last days there were only buyings. The reason because is that the money you achieved because of previous transfers and the probability of getting a reduction on your account can be a reason to buy quickly some fine players so the reduction couldn't take place. i've got a question:
a team in my division get banned for cheating...
because he cheated, he bought a couple of good riders, one in particular won the last three stages in the bask tour...
will i get the money and points i feel i diserve (first place in general/mountain) or does the banned player keep the money and points?

Does anybody wants to buy my Visvakarman Steyer(918) far above the transfer value? In the first version of Peloton in the first week when nobody knews how the transfermarket worked I sold a prety good cyclist and somebody payed far above the 600k (A stupid player I guess ). But that was the start for my for buying a good trainer, youthscout, cyclists, ... But in fact it wasn't fair. This time I started very slow (didn't put much time in the game), but it's getting better and better now (on a fair way btw). |

To deal with cheating in the game, maybe one or some of these things can help:
* Transfer lock on cyclists you've just bought. Let's say you can't sell them again within the next 30 days. I've been searching the transfer market a few days in a row, and I saw cyclists that just have been sold already popping up on the market again, for a much higher price of course. I feel buying and selling your way to the top mustn't be encouraged.
* Have transfer periods and in between no transfers can occur at all (is something a friend of me proposed).
* I'd prefer a maximum amount of transfers you can make through the season. Let's say max. 5 incoming and 5 outgoing.
* You can also combine the previous two. Have transfer periods in which you can buy/sell as many as you like. And in between those transfer periods only a maximum amount of some transfers are allowed.
* Like in Hattrick, you can also implement that if you sell a cyclist soon after you've bought him, you don't get the full amount, but only 80% or something. And this rises, the longer you have him on the team.
* Buying to sell again with profits, can also be seen as breaking up the contract of your cyclist and therefor having to pay him a compensation fee. This would go off your money immediately, the moment you sell him.
They are just my 2 cents of how cheating can be dealt with.
P.S. : Is it possible to sack cyclists you can't get rid off ?
