I already used the tool...
check the skills and you'll have your proof. Or check his market value.
He was worth what was paid the first time. Nowhere near what he got sold for 3 days after. Simple as that.

last days, I'm quite active on the transfermarket. Could it give any problem if I buy all 4 cyclists:
Buying Cyclist Price From Deadline Braiden Summa $18,150 paolo bettini fc 4/11/2007 8:56:38 PM Thosa Strollo $2,286 paolo bettini fc 4/11/2007 8:56:47 PM Efrain Rovaris $22,000 paolo bettini fc 4/11/2007 8:56:58 PM Lalit Malorgio $1,610 paolo bettini fc 4/11/2007 8:57:08 PM

Not if it's not you (or somebody from the same pc/internet connection) who owns the other team, and if the runners are worth the money.
It shouldn't be, anyway.

Biggest transfer ever: $6,655,000.00 (Kosmas Van Spaendonck, duurste transfer ) Is this possible? His value is $183,953.00! The team that sold this player is ultra wealthy

Use the cheat tool for the transfers, and Sterre or Il Padrino will check it.

He's quiting and wasting all his money. Padrino could you make a transfer price adjustement? Because now it will be very unfair to compete...

A friend of mine has got a 5.000.000$ transfer for a not-so-good cyclist. I hope he will have no problem.

Good idea. I'd told to Alddo to explain the situation to a GM. The guy has given a 2.000.000$ wage to all cyclists and trainer and youthscout...

All thoses transfers have been cancelled, the cyclists are back to their original teams (with normal wages and mood), the money was of course taken away and the guy who did the transfers is banned. You are free to quit the game at all times, but don't screw it for those who play it. We don't need any clowns here.

Is it allowed to buy a cyclist and then immediately sell him on? And if someone has a team consisting of 23 cyclists of which 20 are for sale, all bought within the last while?

Why not?

Because it's highly unrealistic, apart from driving the prices up. If I wanted to play a trading game, I wouldn't be playing a cycling management sim

I will give you a few examples, why we shouldn't limit these kind of transfer list activities:
- I buy a cyclist and raise his wage to improve his mood. However I went a bridge too far, and now my only option is to get rid of him, because I don't want to pay that amount of money at the economic update. Disclaimer: with a really bad contract, you could lower his mood, and then try to find a way to decrease his wage, but not everyone is fully aware of the possibilities during contract negotiations.
- I see a cyclist whose deadline is in the middle of the night. Bids are not that high, since for some reason, nobody seem to have put an acceptable final bid yet. You think that by listing this cyclist again at a more convenient hour, you can make a little profit from it. Everyone can do this, so why should we prevent it. Sometimes a manager will also make no profit in situation like this.
- You buy a cyclist before the update and during the training update he pops in a skill. You can make fast money by selling him again. Nothing wrong with that, I guess.
- You want an entire new start and decide that your current set of cyclists is not suitable for your new challenges. You want to sell them all (prices will be down, not up, as you say) and see what money you will get in return. After that, you can spend the money on a team that better fits your plans, tactics or training scheme.
- You had bids on 2-3 players with similar stats, and a deadline near each other. Because you are so eager to get one of them, and seduced by the fun of overbidding other managers, you end up having them all. You can afford them, but only one was enough for your team tactics. You decide to sell the others again.
I myself am not fond of spending hours on the transfer market to find bargains etc. but I don't see any harm in managers chosing for that approach.
Only one thing I don't like: when a manager decides to quit, (s)he should have the decency to take his cyclists away from the game, together with his team. If he decides to sell them all, but quit nevertheless, then other managers selling cyclists, will feel a serious dip in prices because of his unrealistic drop out action.

I continue to think that a limitation of sells per day (5? 7?) should solve this problem.
