agree with Zberg on this one. Don't need to know the FA in advance, but now we are all forced to train most skills to 7, otherwise your cyclist will be blown away in the sections that don't suit him well.

for me personally, the period between 26 and 32 is too long. Cyclists are useless, especially in div 2 and higher. In the lower ranks you can get away with it. But this period is awkward. Managers losing interest much quicker, no longer triggered and leaving the game or going bankrupt
And the wages, I still see topteams with very low wages... this has been an issue in the past, and it's still there. I see teams with cyclists which are payed 50K and more...

yup, i noticed it too. I was also aiming for that jersey, but my cyclist was simply not good enough. I was hoping nobody would care but unfortunately for me they did:p Nice addition to the Giro, it must be said

helpers and tactics are important in this kind of races. If you are looking for a stage win, you have to analyze the profile. What's important. Is it mainly flat, then you add helpers with a good flat skill. They will help controlling the speed of the peloton, stop breakaways, and help your sprinter get back in the peloton after a flat tire or a fall. During the last stroke, your sprinter is taken up to the front, ready to go for it. Now the sprint skill gets important in combination with whatever the last stroke brings you. For example, if the last stroke is mountain, you select a cyclist with a good sprint - mountain combo.
Take the example from EG; Sabrosa has a rather low flat skill. The helpers are able to keep him in the peloton, to survive the flat parts. If they weren't there, he would have never got the chance to sprint because the peloton speed would haven been much too high for him. I selected 3 helpers and they had an average of 10 flat. My final sprinter has a flat 7. Sabrosa won because his combination mountain-sprint is better
If you are going for a good GC, you need to have an overall well skilled cyclist. One without weaknesses, who can follow the peloton on every terrain. Key in Hungary was stage 2, so a good flat/hill was a big advantage. You don't want to loose too much time in the TT, so also a decent TT was needed.
The skill differences between top division 2 and 3 are big, yes. Mainly, I guess, because you are playing with experienced managers? The higher you get, how more important the little details become?

I'm glad you guys finally took the guts to at least communicate about changes. We need to do something, that's clear. What it will be, to be honest, I don't mind. I will adapt to it. If I loose my saving money, so be it. If I loose some riders so be it. In the end it's just a game. I like to play it, more then 8 years now, but my life doesn't make any more sense with or without Peloton. I would love continue playing for the upcoming years, so changes need to be made. But you can't do good for everyone. There will always be people irritated or annoyed, but they just have to accept I guess. Don't let anyone put pressure on you, you hold the key in your hands.
If I have to choose, I might go with option 2. Restart seems a bit drastic, and 10 new riders for every team creates a big generation in a few seasons.

Same problem as Bam. My cyclist craddon lost 20% fitness. The others didnt. It seems that i also won the race in the GC, but i cant find anything about it on my team page or history

dont spill energy on it chakra, it will never change. It has been discussed multiple times and everything stays the same. You will be back soon, I'm sure you are building a fantastic team. Good luck.
Also, Gik and Arsenal, Congrats on you guys. Have fun in Div1. DRL, LBC and poekie, good luck and I'm sure we will meet again

Quiller, Steyaert Made a fall in the last sector. Plus the fact that de clippel saved 1 attack at 100% for the last part Delannoye had the same plan, he was even 6 sec faster then de clippel, but the gap was too big. If he was in front with us, he would have won it. So in this case you just didnt use the perfect tactic
Anyway congrats with staying with is, but its a hard one for Alesana. Sad to see him leave, i know him for quite some time

well, Joop, I knew it right from the beginning of the season. I saw you using some strange tactics were I assumed that you were aiming for spot 3. During the season it only became more clear to me. Nothing wrong with this, I did the exact same thing the past seasons. I knew my next generation was not ready, and look were I am today... It would have been an extremely boring season in Div 1. Nevertheless, I am curious to see who takes that #2 spot. Only 100 pnts between 2 and 4. Same battle for relegation, nice to follow. I wonder how many points Toss can score in the final week, with his young guns
ToB; i had high hopes that Arsenal would safe some fitness on Strauss and keep him available for next week. Unfortunately for me, he used the same tactic as I did. Played, and failed. That's a fact. Lost it in the hill parts I assume. Damn Strauss:-) Bosko, Craddon has Mntn skill 8. Now you get an idea about yesterday's race. I think the paste in the final part was too high for Carpi? Otherwise form? Craddon is at 8 now. Compared to flat sprints in the past, craddon cannot win against Carpi or Dhaenekint; so I assume they both have a higher flat skill.

don't give up chakra; you are still 130points ahead of toss, and only 3 more U21 races if I'm right. In best case, that means 300pnts for toss, meaning you only have to score 200 in the remaining 3 weeks. Seems possible, no? I believe YJ give you money but no points

Rios is not the real mountain cyclist, same as De waen. So I assume both rios and renuart will get a fitness update, so renuart is my favorite.

Yes, correct. He will fully recover and be 100% ready for the Vuelta. I think that always has been the plan. He gains a possible 70% fitness in 2 updates, wouldnt have been a big problem anyway Look it from the bright side, he can participate in Norway now
And lets be honest, there is not much tactic involved in attacking every stage. Automatcially you end up in the higher ranks. It has nothing to do with management capacities, it is just a different approach.

Oh sorry bosko, havent read the race report. Lacking some time at the moment. Fact is that Rijssegem isnt performing as planned, not at all. Today again, big deception. I dont get it why. Maybe the influence of from is bigger then i expected
And giorginio, couldnt convince me today to keep him:)
