Thanks for the sheets. I'm not able to do such kind of Excel magic. But how do you keep track of the form? That's the reason I still compile my own version of an Excel sheet. Unfortunately it has less automatisms than Bam's versions. But at least I have lines with cyclists and columns with races and so I can write down in the appropriate cell a dual pair of form and current fitness e.g. "4 100" or "7 65". I wouldn't want to waste an additional cell for the form.
And I gladly would contribute the sheet ... but unfortunately it never is finished before the start of the season. I'm glad if my sheet has the races of the next 3 weeks.

Question: is anyone using Google Spreadsheets for the template? And did it work well for you? I am considering to start using it instead of Open Office.

I wouldn't want to waste an additional cell for the form. And I gladly would contribute the sheet ... but unfortunately it never is finished before the start of the season. I'm glad if my sheet has the races of the next 3 weeks. You can fill out the form type (= the amount of races it takes for that rider to go to form 10) of the rider in row 3, just below the rider's name (which is in row 2). Then when you put in an effort for a rider in a certain race, it gets a colour to indicate at which form he rides that race: black for form 4, purple for 5, red for 6, orange for 7, yellow for 8, green for 9 and blue for 10. When you don't fill in a form type, the rider remains (in the sheet) on form 4, and hence everything is black (also the reason why I chose that colour for 4).
There's not a special place to put in the achieved form of riders, it's only necessary to track that for new riders (or new in your team) anyway. I usually do that with a comment on the effort for that rider, with a note like "form after race: X". After at maximum 5 races you can already (manually) determine the type of form curve and fill it in in row 3, then the colours are adapted to it.
This doesn't work in the simple sheets by the way, there are less options for conditional formatting there. In the sheet of Schizm it's slightly different. You still fill out the form type in row 3, but then the column at the right of the rider gets coloured according to the form (with some different colours, but they are pretty clear). I just prefer to not have additional columns in between, that's why I did it differently when the form was implemented.

Brilliant! I didn't notice this before. So: Thank you very much for the sheet and the explanation.

Anyone interested in making Season 30 calendar? I'm interested. According to your overview the last (and only) calendar I made is already from season 21, so already a while ago.

I just love the race called Manama Road. It's 100km at 15% downhill. So the start is at 15km altitude. On what planet do we ride?
