Hi, This is not the first time this happens to me. With working on a new contract on a guy who earned 2K , Ik aperently made a mistake by adding a '0' to many at the end of his wage proposal. Now it's 35000 in stead of 3500 Can someone adjust this? This is link to him: linkIf it can not be done I'll be forced to sell him. Problem is, he's my 2nd leader and I need him.

If you do that often enough, you can give him a new "basic" contract of 45 weeks. You do will have to pay an amount once, but at least his wage will be low again.

Ah never done that before. Is'nt it possible he'll just leave the team? I read that somewhere years ago.

No, you get 3 options: 1) Pay a one time bonus (increase cyclist happiness and start negotiations) 2) Break current contract, pay contract release fee and sign new contract for 45 weeks with a reasonable wage (TV/70.5) 3) Are you nuts!? The cyclist gets nothing for the moment! (this will end the negotiations without any negative repercussions) You should take option 2.

I paid 140.000 and broke contract. Wage is now 9100.
We'll this mistake has cost me a lot! Of I did'nt do the mistake his safe would be 3500. So I'm not completely satisfied.

No not exactly.
His wage end contract was something like 2200. I proposed 3500. For 20 weeks. Most likely I must have added a zero to that proposal.
