So we were talking about a trick to avoid high wages when renewalling the cyclists contracts?

So we were talking about a trick to avoid high wages when renewalling the cyclists contracts? Yes, and moreover having them keep an amazing mood.

Mood will have lesser influence I've heard. So the only problem is keeping the wages low and avoid high bonusses...

I am promoted to 2:1 and getting beat big style, I am last and will be relegated. I do not know the trick and therefore agree it should be made public or eliminated or even compensation. Ok maybe my position is not all lack of knowledge on the trick but you can see my frustration?

Ok maybe my position is not all lack of knowledge on the trick but you can see my frustration? I think, nobody in 2:2 do know the trick. I can say that there is a big difference between division 2 and 3. I keep my salary quiet low, but the mood is not good, that is the consequenses. So I had to do it with my skills only.

Indeed nobody outside 1:1 knows the trick. And the one who do know it don’t use it anymore.
It is not the perfect solution, but for now it is the best. So it would be nice if everybody accepts it for now so we can close this discussion.

I agree that somewhere the discussieon can be closed. Not using the trick anymore is good.
But it does'nt compensate anything for the past.
Because of not knowing how, wages have sky-rocketed to try and compete. Now that mood is not so important that can be avoided. But the cyclists we have at the moment are still high on salary. I myself had to sell a few because of that. Cyclists I would not normaly sell... I still have cyclists with to high salary compared to managers who know the trick.
Maybe compensation in lowering the to high wages?
For example Fullwood: Sold him because his wage was to high; now his wage is 15K in a new team. There are many more examples.

I agree with Ab, time to end the discussion.
