First off: I have never done this nor tried it, first I want to ask.
Is tactical cooperation between teams allowed? The thought has come to me in U21 races, where attackers are usually not as strong compared to the rest as in senior races. So if 2 or 3 teams got together and put 4 decent helpers each, they could possibly catch all attackers during the first half of the race and then make their own attacks at the last points.
My question is: would this type of agreement be against the rules? Or would it be against the ethics of people here?

It happens, i am sure of that. It is certainly against my ethics. I consider it foul play. Then again, even if there is proof, is there a penalty? I guess not. So probably it is allowed, but I will never be your friend if you lower yourself to it.

Yes I think that some teams do that in same division when they are from the same country, but to work need to be more then 2 teams because to push the peloton are needed 10 helpers, so the code select the best 10 helpers to set the pace in peloton if there isn't any rider from that team in the escape.

I absolutely understand you point of view. that is why I have asked before even trying to talk to anyone. For the time being, I think I will not give it a try.
