Tomorrow the first race of season 19. A very interesting season, taking in mind that a lot of great cyclists turned 36-37 and will start to decrease in skills. A warm welcome to HEADCASE PRO CYCLING, TEAM DUSTIN and SCHIZMANO! A warm welcome back to GIK TEAM and TOWERRIDERS (and ZAPARDIAL, but has no manager)!
Teams of Div 2:1, season 19 SPARTAB: Finished 3 in division 2:1 with 3929 points. NEO: Finished 4 in division 2:1 with 3854 points. GONZALEZ: Finished 5 in division 2:1 with 3385 points. KS CRUSADERS: Finished 6 in division 2:1 with 3264 points. BJA CYCLING TEAM: Finished 7 in division 2:1 with 1851 points. GIK TEAM: Finished 1 in division 3:4 with 8734 points. HEADCASE PRO CYCLING: Finished 2 in division 3:4 with 6796 points. TEAM DUSTIN: Finished 2 in division 3:2 with 4591 points. SCHIZMANO: Finished 2 in division 3:3 with 3931 points. TOWERRIDERS: Finished 9 in division 1:1 with 890 points. ZAPARDIEL: Finished 10 in division 1:1 with 50 points.
My plan for the moment: Use an excellent leader in the tours, use a rubbish leader (LS 3) in the single races to train him up. We'll see how it goes the first couple of weeks. I don't have many winners left. Most of my cyclists are 27y or younger, so it can become a difficult season. Main goals: stay in DIV 2:1, don't lose to much money.
Good luck to all! I'll be happy to hear about everybody else's goals.

First of all: good luck to all. I hope we will have an active group of managers and that the tension can stay in this division untill the end of the season (like last season)
My goals: - Top 5 is the minimum I must be able to reach - Last season promotion was very close, but I have too little great riders to keep competing - I'm curious whether towerriders can dominate this division again like 2 seasons ago - I don't know what to expect from the managers from division 3, GIK Team we know and schizmano is a legend, dustin team keeps buying and selling riders on the transfermarket and headcase, no idea :-) - What I have noticed: we have only 1 number 1 from division 3 and 3 number 2.
- I have a relative young leader who I will keep training untill he'll get up to minimum leadership 15 (I think perhaps in the end of season 20 this will be possible) - Perhaps I will keep searching the transfermarket for that little extra but first I will see how strong this division is this season
- Trying to get my finances up too, last season I lost 3 million, but invested 5 million, so this season I will get them back, so without my investments I won 2 million last season, so I'm happy. I hope I can do equally this season
Good luck and very interested to see how the first week will go

He can't , he sold all his stars, don't have oldies.
His oldest cyclist is Benito Miranda 30 years

thanks, good luck everyone team dustin, what shall I say ...... the weakest link, the worst team I do not know what to expect in division 2 I have not really tactical plans, long-term plans is not for me, so I try to do what I must do on my feeling. As you can see, last year in division 3 I had not won a lot, only a few times I was Lucky. My riders are from all ages, but that can change as the weather can change. I shall see what happened and I hope it will be a financially healthy season for me and for you all. Success to everybody

Looks like I'm the phantom 12th team of the division Aims for the season for me is just continuing to build, letting my relatively youngish squad develop, as other people's age out. My young 2 leaders are coming along nicely and continue to operate at a slight profit. Happy with a 2nd in the first race, but realistically one of my few over 30s - if he's not going to pull in some points I would be in trouble.

My first race in division 2.1. My best racer today came about the finish at place 11, and that was one of my best cyclists so I know my place for this season.

Well, that's different cooke. Chicco finished 10th in this extremely fast race. But he is the most fit guy in the top 10 right now. But that won't be enough to bridge the 12 minute gap to the front of the race. Maybe not even enough to bridge the 4 minute gap to place 9.
Goals: don't relegate, find a second young leader, stay financially healthy and win some races where possible.

Good luck to you to James!
